The Space:
Casa Esmara is situated in the exclusive Residencia LaVista. Perched at the top of the villa-lined hill overlooking all of Playa Tamarindo, this is considered to be one of the finest and most desirable developments in the area.
Casa Esmara offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, full walk-in closet, smart-TV, and glass sliders to the patio. The next bedroom features a queen bed, also with an ensuite bathroom, and a wall of closet space. The third bedroom features two twin beds—perfect for friends or siblings—a built-in desk for work or study, and its own adjacent bathroom. All three rooms are tastefully appointed and feature top-of-the-line mattresses and black-out shades.
The kitchen is bright and inviting, with an open floor plan, and is fully-equipped, including a gourmet espresso machine and a stylish, large island that seats six.
The tropical modern living room offers ample plush seating to chat, take in a movie on the smart-TV, or relax however you wish. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open upon a fully furnished patio and semi-private yard, both with ocean/sunset views overlooking all of Tamarindo Bay.
Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, kitchen supplies, and air conditioning are all provided to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Work out to your heart’s content at LaVista’s brand new gym facility, which features cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights.

Note: LaVista rests at the top of a hill. That’s what gives us our spectacular, panoramic, ocean and sunset views. However, the road up the hill is a bit steep and is largely unpaved. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Also, limited construction is being done in the area. That construction is now mostly complete and any related noise within the LaVista grounds is minor and uncommon. But we do feel the need to mention it.

The Neighborhood:
Tamarindo is the unofficial capital of Guanacaste. It’s a center of energy and activity, with its “Endless Summer” sand and surf, boutiques, bars, restaurants, nightlife, and people from all over the world. Casa Esmara is your perfect base here. You have Tamarindo, and all it offers, within a three-minute drive or a twelve minute walk. But you also get much more than that. Since Tamarindo is centrally located on the peninsula, you also have all of Guanacaste to explore within reasonable driving distance, with the hip and mellow Playa Grande immediately to the north, the jungle-like Avellanas immediately to the south, the opulent resorts of Papagayo less than two hours to the north, and the exclusive surf and wellness vibes of Nosara less than two hours to the south. You have everything in Tamarindo, yet easy access to explore further, should you wish to pursue it.
