"Overall had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the property itself was great with the pool, bar, and restaurant inside. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included. The room itself was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. My literal only complaint which knocked this review from a 5 to a 4 is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was so soft to the point where we were sinking into it. It was very difficult to get comfortable, and it severely impacted our sleep. My back is still sore. I’m usually pretty resilient when it comes to hotel beds of varying softness, but the beds at this hotel were just wayyy too soft."

We were celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday, and the staff made her feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. She received such a lovely welcome, which really made her day and added a personal touch to our stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The location was convenient, and every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort.
