"So many issues with our room, most importantly the main door that wouldn't lock and would allow anyone to walk in without a key. Room in general and mattress were very dirty, lights didn't work, etc. Staff seemed to not be very motivated to get the items remedied. Hilton Honors text concierge was pretty unresponsive for most of the stay. Wife was very disappointed and stated we won't be staying at Hilton DoubleTree properties in the future."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with a heated pool. Grandkids and adults were all in the pool together! For CT folks swimming outside in February was a treat! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. TVs in every room. Video game, pool table, cornhole and game table for even more family fun. Communication with Vildana is excellent and she went out of her way a few times to make sure our stay was the best. Book it. You won’t be disappointed."
