Caribbean style estate is large and designed for family & friends to enjoy and relax in while vacationing in the Tampa / Clearwater / St Pete community. Located across the street from Busch Garden's Adventure Island water park. You can walk to either park in minutes! This charming home has been completed remodeled, most everything is new from the roof to the hardwood floors. The furniture selection and floor plan design have all been well-thought-out to provide maximum relaxation. There are two master bedrooms, one of which has a full bath. Bathrooms are completely new and beautiful. Two bathrooms are important when gatherings are large. Home features a huge entertainment area surrounding the well-appointed kitchen. There are 3 flat-screen TVs; 50', & two 30' with soundbars. Cable TV and high-speed internet, Wi-Fi. There are 2 patios and a front porch with rocking chairs! Backyard is filled with tropical fruit trees; papaya, avocado, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, 4 mango trees. All fenced in to give you seclusion and peace.
Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are 45 minutes away ( St. Pete beaches, Clearwater). Location is central to all Tampa's best attractions; Airport, Downtown, Ybor City, Seminole Casino, USF University, Stadium, & major highways (275 & 75). Check out City Pass for deals on entry to Zoo, Busch Gardens, and Aquarium.

Busch Gardens visit

This property was right next to Busch Gardens which was a great location for us since that was where we were headed. The property was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. Would stay again.

Great location!

This property is in the perfect spot for access to the theme park and water park. Also very close to USF and lots of shopping and dining options. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions.

Navy vs. USF weekend

Came to town to watch grandson’s USF Cheer Team perform at the Raymond James Stadium. This house very near USF and we couldn’t have been more pleased in the accommodations. Sydney and Berta great hosts and we plan on coming back since this is his Freshman year!

Great home near Busch Gardens

Just awesome. Large house with plenty of room for 5 adults. Beautiful outdoor spaces. Walking distance to Busch Garden (we walked home for lunch). Close to main roads, restaurants and grocery stores. Full kitchen with all you need to cook a meal. Truly a great experience for our family.

Spring Break 2022

AMAZING!!!! I was a little worried about it being so close to 2 amusement parks, but there was no excessive noise or traffic. The star fruit tree out back was delicious. Sydney and Berta were a gem and very easy to contact, if needed. We felt very comfortable staying here!

We enjoyed our week's stay. Home was quite lovely and as portrayed. It was quite comfy - almost like home. We enjoyed the add on screened in porch and the front veranda, too. Had our morning coffee out on the front veranda each day. All went according to plan. Would have preferred a neighborhood where we could have walked around more as we were not there for amusement parks but would definitely stay again.

Great Clean Home!

The home was big. We had two couples and could have easily had two more couples and/or children with us. It was a great location and a very private home with a large back yard. The home was very clean, which is especially important during this time. We had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We hope to return soon.

Best place for large family

When we arrived host met us at housw with fresh fruit from the yard, answered any questions we had and showed us around. The beds were comfy and house large enough for everyone to have their own space. The back yard was amazing. Had a 3 yo who loved catching lizards. There were 8 of us who came in for a concert. Could not have been happier. Would definitely recommend. Owners very pleasant and courteous. Would definitely recommend!!

Special circumstance warrant no compassion.

My visit was arranged last minute at the passing of my dad for my wife and five adult kids. Unable to find care for my animals on such short notice (less than 48 hours) I requested if the owner would either accommodate my dogs or allow me to cancel to find a place that did allow dogs. Both reqests were denied. My wife was unable to attend the funeral, due to the ridgid and uncompassionate decision by the owner. I do not recommend this host for that reason.

We had 6 adults and a toddler to attend my son's graduation and also to spend a day at Busch Gardens. The house was impeccably clean and fresh and had plenty of space for everyone. Communication was great with the hosts.

NCAA women’s final four

Overall property was nice. Cannot walk to any restaurants or stores. One upgrade suggested is provide coffee, more toilet paper especially with size of group and perhaps small shampoo, conditioner and soap. Thank you!
