The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 21 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the pool, hot tub, exercise and have rooms and the theater room. There were plenty of things for everyone to do. The location was close to a lot of activities and lots of restaurants nearby.

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made the check-in and check-out process very simple. Communication was excellent from day 1 of booking through the end of our trip. Highly recommended to anybody needing a large house for many people!

THIS HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT. THE OWNERS DID A GREAT JOB DECORATING THIS HOME AND PROVIDING FUN AMENITIES FOR ALL AGES. WE ONLY STAYED FOR ONE EVENING TO TAKE THE KIDS TO BUSCH GARDENS, THEY DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE THEY WERE HAVING SO MUCH FUN.

This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore. Nothing was left to chance! You wont regret booking this spectacular house!

We used this property as a private social for a group of college students. The property looked just like the booking and came equipped with everything. Just be aware of the quiet hours as the neighborhood is pretty quiet at night and the moderate noise level of 20 people will stand out. Only slight downside was it got pretty hot inside and I still didn't know how to work the thermostat after contacting the host. Regardless, everyone had a good time and really enjoyed the amenities!

Nice, spacious home, private and relaxing. Layout of the bedrooms was great. Comfortable beds, large rooms. Plenty of space for your stay! My kids and nieces had a blast between the game area and all of the outdoor activities. The heated pool temperature was amazing especially in the chilly evenings. The bounce house was definitely a big hit with the little ones. The outdoor tv on a swivel was perfect for catching a couple bolts games while hanging in the hot tub or on the patio furniture. Tons of great places to visit and eat near by. Almost every night was finished watching a movie in the theatre with popcorn!! Our group really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! Hosts were easy to communicate with and very prompt.

I picked this place because they welcomed events. I had my husband’s 69th birthday party there while watching the Super Bowl. The best part about the event was all the children’s amenities. The little play scape, the bouncy house, the pool and all the fun accessories were the highlight of the party. As grandparents, it’s all about the grandchildren and they literally cried when it was time to go. The host was amazing with communication! We will definitely go back, I promised my grandchildren we would. I had 2 five year old grandsons, 2 year and 1 year old granddaughters, and a 4 month old grandson. The pool was heated too! That was wonderful as well! Loved it!!

We chose this home because of the size, pool, location, and theater room. Our family arrived the week after Hurricane Milton, so we called a few days before to ensure everything was in order. We were told someone had checked on the property, and everything was as it should be. We paid extra for early check-in but waited outside with our 2-year-old for 20-30 minutes since the code did not work. Once in, we found that the pool was not cleaned as they had said. There were shingles and a lot of debris in it. They sent someone over to clean it, but it was so dirty that they had to shock the pool, which meant we could not use it for 24 hours. We also found that the trash cans in the kitchen were full from the previous guests. WiFi was not working, which could have resulted from the storm, but that meant the theater room was unavailable. They told us they would get us a mobile router but never followed through, so we only had wi-fi for one night of our stay. As a result of these issues, the owner/manager agreed over a phone conversation to reimburse us $200 for the inconvenience. However, over a week since we left, we still have not received the refund they agreed to. I have reached out via email, text, and phone, but I am now being "ghosted." I have never given a review under 5 stars, and I did not want to do it for this property, but they left me little choice. I would caution anyone considering this home. If you have any issues, you may find that follow-through is lacking.

This a great place to stay! The entire floor plan was very functional. We had 10 people and we were all able to spread out nicely. The only issue we had was that there were cigarette butts all under the smoking trash post, One of the bed’s comforters wasn’t cleaning there was another bed in the room, so it was fine. Also, there wasn’t a blender… Location was great, the corner store was about 2 blocks away so the teenagers really liked going there. Parking was easy to fit a two car trailer and 2 other vehicles and the street parking was ideal because we weren’t blocking any driveways. They really made sure to have ample lighting in each bedroom and the kitchen area. We enjoyed our time here!
