  • Unwind at this stunning lake house, located within 25 minutes of Tampa airport. This well-maintained property features an open floor plan with 3 beds, 2 full baths, an open kitchen/living room. A place to gather with your family & friends and make happy memories. A screened porch overlooking the lake. 2 acres of fully fenced yard surrounded by lush trees with a feel of being surrounded by a forest. Very peaceful and friendly, relax on our dock by the backyard lake and maybe do some fishing! Although shops and restaurants are nearby, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Home features a one car garage with additional parking on site. Welcome home!

    Please note: The house has well water with a filtration system.

    We are a pet friendly home, however there is an additional Pet Fee of $141.88 which is not part of VRBO's "all fee's included statement". The Pet Fee will be a separated charge from the Host at time of booking.

Convenient to airport

We enjoyed our little stay at this home. It is convenient to the airport and only took us about 35 min to get to Busch Gardens, 45 min to get to St. Pete.

Excellent vacation in the Fla countryside. Dinning and shopping close by. Most Tampa touristy places 30 minutes away. Dock and lake very relaxing.

I was grateful that this property was available,since we were closing on a home, however I was a little surprised at the condition of the home, we have stayed at another location provided by this host and it was nothing short of fabulous, this place needs a little TLC outside , however super quiet neighborhood, lots of access to dining locations and grocery. All appliances working, plus washer and dryer on location.

Old Florida!

Really cute house, well appointed inside with everything you need and very clean. Wonderful yard that backs to the lake. If you need to be in north Tampa or just north of Tampa this is a great place to stay. We will stay here again.

Family wedding

Stayed at the house so we could attend a family wedding nearby. The house was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable with all the things we needed right down to a clothing steamer. The backyard was our favorite with all the amazing trees and use of the canoe to check out the lake. Keep an eye out for the Barred owl that we were lucky enough to see both mornings perched in a tree out back.

Just what we needed!!!

Everything was just as it appeared in the pictures and description. Very clean and well stocked and the kitchen/dining/living room is a fantastic open space. We loved sitting on the screened in porch every morning letting our adult children sleep in. The view is fantastic and it was very quiet and serene. We would totally recommend this great property and would stay here again. Sonia was very responsive and super helpful!!!

THIS IS THE HOUSE YOU WANT!

We recently stayed at this home for 8 weeks. Our host was wonderful, the house is immaculately clean, and the screened in porch allowed us to enjoy the pretty backyard. The host was quick to respond to any needs we had! There are ample cooking pans and utensils. It is located on a quiet street with little to no traffic, but close to lots of shopping and grocery stores. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. It was a great find!

The house was beautiful and clean. Had minor problems with the door lock, but the host was very easily contacted And it was resolved quickly. Housekeeping came early on checkout day, but left without a problem. It was our first time renting a house and it went very smoothly
