Unwind at this stunning lake house, located within 25 minutes of Tampa airport. This well-maintained property features an open floor plan with 3 beds, 2 full baths, an open kitchen/living room. A place to gather with your family & friends and make happy memories. A screened porch overlooking the lake. 2 acres of fully fenced yard surrounded by lush trees with a feel of being surrounded by a forest. Although shops and restaurants are nearby, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Welcome home!

We stayed here to celebrate our friend’s birthday. It was close to her house in Lutz and easy access to Tampa.The house is a nice size - plenty of room for the 2 of us.The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens

Excellent Lutz Fla property

Excellent vacation in the Fla countryside. Dinning and shopping close by. Most Tampa touristy places 30 minutes away. Dock and lake very relaxing.

Convenient to airport

We enjoyed our little stay at this home. It is convenient to the airport and only took us about 35 min to get to Busch Gardens, 45 min to get to St. Pete.

Peaceful Getaway

Great cozy getaway. Clean fresh space. The property is beautiful. The dock on lake was perfect for coffee in the mornings. The trees are magestic in yard. Check in/out was very simple. And great response time with any questions we had throughout the stay. Definitely coming back!

I was very impressed with the home and the little extras like water bottles in fridge, paper towels, enough TP, tissues, packaged toothbrushes in case you needed it, and more. We will definitely stay there again.

Very accommodating owner. Brought a newborn and the owner provided a high chair, pack n play, and a brand new stroller. Great location easy access, and very very clean. Will rent again if I’m in the area again.

Old Florida!

Really cute house, well appointed inside with everything you need and very clean. Wonderful yard that backs to the lake. If you need to be in north Tampa or just north of Tampa this is a great place to stay. We will stay here again.

Perfect spot in Tampa

This was the perfect location, close to everything. The hosts were extremely good with communication. The lake was our favorite part. The house was super clean and had anything you could possibly need. Absolutely fantastic and would 100% book again.

Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 weeks stay at this property. My only complaint is the yard maintenance did not close the gate both times that they mowed making it easy for my dogs to get out. Other than that, I highly recommend this wonderful rental.

Great place

This a very nice place to stay in. We will be staying here more when we go to the Tampa area. It was very comfortable and the hosts were more than great. We had a little issue that we locked ourselves out and they were ready to help right away. We will see them again. Thank you all!
