Our entertaining 6-bedroom villa is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with your family and friends. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this approximately 2000 sf villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 adults.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, Oven, over-the-counter convection microwave oven, fridge and Freezer, Coffee Maker, Nespresso Cappuccino and Latte Maker, Toaster, Blender, Pots & Pans, Cooking/eating utensils, Iron, ironing board, Ice Bucket, and Wine Glasses. The kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and overlooks the spacious dining area and the built-in lodge-type fireplace. The kitchen bar, with seating for 4, is the perfect spot for a quick snack or morning coffee.

The dining table can seat up to 12 people, making it the perfect place for a family dinner or a fun game night. The living room features an oversized sofa group and a 75-inch plasma smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The villa has 4 bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

Right off the kitchen, you have access to a top-of-the-line LG high-efficiency washer and dryer.

Step outside onto the patio and take in the breathtaking views of the golf course. The BBQ grill with seating for up to 12 people is perfect for hosting a summer cookout, while the designer lounge sunbeds on the back patio are the perfect spot to soak up the sun.

A true "golf cart community". Saddlebrook Preparatory Academy for junior athletes is also located in the neighborhood!

The community is located just minutes from I-75 and the beloved Wesley Chapel area, with all the shopping, dining, and entertainment it offers.
