Home Away From Home

The apartment was awesome. Everything and more than you need for a 1 night to 1 month stay in Tampa. Ran into a few complications getting access, but we quickly got that ratified through the booking manager. Would definitely recommend again.

The area around Channelside is undergoing development. Therefore there is construction noise. However there is a grocery store across the street and Tampa has a free trolley that takes you to Ybor City and the Ricerwalk.

不便を覚悟なら耐えられるか

マンションの一室を借りる民泊形式で、オーナーとは電話やメールでのアクセスのみ。WiFiやテレビが繋がらず、何回か連絡してもなしのつぶて。最悪はドアロックが中からしか掛からないことで、外出する際はロックできずに出るしかなかった。マンション全体のセキュリティーが比較的良いのでそれで我慢したが、海外で施錠なしは通常考えられない。タクシーも電話するしかなく、Uber全盛の昨今では、個人が電話してもタクシーは来てくれず、仕方ないので近くのホテルへ行ってフロントで呼んでもらった。せめてマンションのオフィスがフロントの代行をしてくれるシステムだとまだ増しなのですが・・。エアコンもWiFiがないと作動しないので、持参したポケットWoFiで作動させるしかなかった。

It was fine. Nicely located to attend a hockey game at Amelie Arena. A little pricey ( after the $80 "cleaning fee" was added on at the very end of the online booking process) but all in all, a very nice place. Check in process seems a little convoluted and vastly unnecessary as the entry is simply the last four digits of my phone number. 17 emails for that.

I have posted several reviews in the past. I must confess that this review is difficult to rate. 1st the poor items: The sofa bed is in extremely poor condition. The 3rd person could not sleep on the fold out bed. We had to pile every cushioning item in the unit on the couch to make it comfortable to sleep on. The mattress was in poor condition, thin, dirty & had protruding springs. The shower nozzle is old and not adjustable. The TV volume could not be adjusted and was stuck at a level too high. There is insufficient kitchen items in the unit. We had to constantly wash silverware & plates so the 3 of us could share them. On the positive side, Communications were adequate. There is no front desk to deal with. Most communications were thru a telephone number & eventually thru e-mails. The location is great if you desire to be near the cruise terminals. A Publix is a 2 minute walk from the front door. The close by Irish Pub served fun & filling meals & had a better than average selection of libations. I enjoyed the unit better than the 2 ladies that were in our party. This unit should be utilized by couples who would never unfold the couch. All of the tenants were warm & friendly. The washer & dryer functioned as designed. The check in /check out thru the provided tablet was easier than anticipated. In conclusion, I enjoyed our 2 night stay at Bell Channelside, but the stay was not as good as other similarly priced units we've experienced in the past. Please replace couch!

We booked this location based upon its proximity to a sports event. We were very pleased with being able to walk to the event and to visit local bars and eateries. However the arrival and check in was somewhat confusing. Downloading apps and virtual keys with multiple emails was frustrating. 3:00 check in and 10:00 check out did not really give us enough time to relax and visit the area fully. Minor details but they did add up.

Fantastic stay! Like other reviews the door lock could be a little challenging if you are not comfortable with technology other then that awesome. Exactly like the pictures, beautifully decorated and appointed. Service team very attentive. Would stay again when in Tampa.

Great location, nice place to stay. My only complaint is that the blinds did not block out the morning sun so it got hot in the morning and woke me up early, blackout shades are a must.

High tech and great location

Conveniently located a short block from the streetcar it provides easy access to Ybor in downtown Tampa. Publix will be opening soon just around the block as well as a Starbucks and other amenities. Digital thermostat Wi-Fi great entertainment system and the Bluetooth door entry part of the high tech package

Amazing location close to Amalie Arena. There was a great Irish Pub close by with a large selection of food. The bed was awesome and we were able to get a really restful sleep. Nice to have a washer and dryer because we were in the middle of a longer trip. Great communication throughout.

Once in fantastic

Everything & I mean everything, with the exception of the check-in was really great! The location, especially with the ‘free’ trolley 1 block away, was terrific, security was solid and the unit was very nice & clean Check-in, for 70 year olds was very cumbersome. You need to review your process with the older generation...it was quite evident the younger electronic generation set-up the procedures!!

Hockey in Tampa.

Stay was fine. Parking Garage was fine once I figured out which post to use to get in; there were three. Parking near our room was fantastic. Very plush, but we only stayed one night and did not really use the facility other than to sleep. Got a little aggrivated with all of the web site stuff. I am a senior citzen but fairly familiar with computers and web sites. Went to a hockey game Bolts vs St. Louis Blues. Loved the game.

Stylish flat

Very spacious flat in up and coming neighbourhood, that s yet very new with more and more restaurants etc popping up. Walking distance to Florida Aquarium. Easy instructions on how to park on same level as flat. Flat very well equipped. Big bathtub.

My favorite stay yet.

The bed was THE MOST COMFORTABLE! It was very nicely decorated and accommodating. Parking was right next to the apartment. I wish we lived there all the time. Only issue I had was that I had to buy extra toilet paper. They didn’t have any on hand since there was no maid service or front desk.

Pleasently surprised

The apartment was very clean. It appeared to have new appliances and finishes throughout. We didn't lack for anything related to the room. Would aboslutely stay in another CW Suites apartment. Oh and the apartment is exactly as it's shown on the listing.

Business trip with family

I stayed here for business and brought my wife and two small children. Great place and way more roomy and comfortable than a traditional hotel. Walked to local restaurants, the aquarium, and the river walk. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment!

The only reason I’m giving a 4 in overall rating is because parking is horrible for guests. You’re allowed one parking spot for the apartment but any guests you may have are out of luck. The guest parking area was completely full the whole time and since this building is located downtown, there is no street parking allowed.
