Located in Tampa Heights less than 5 minutes drive to downtown Tampa, Ybor City and the convention center. Amelia arena and Raymond James stadium are both less than 5 minutes away.

you can also take a walk along Tampa’s famous Riverwalk and reach the Sparksman’s wharf in about 30 minutes.

Scooters are also a great option and are available in various locations around town.

Nice stay. Reasonable neighborhood. Clean. My second time staying here and I will stay here again. Two things to consider: one arm of the couch is broken (closer to the kitchen); the ceiling is thin and you can hear movements and talking if someone is staying upstairs. I had no issues because they went to sleep when I did.
