  • A renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Tampa home for up to 12, with a private heated pool and a fully fenced yard. Adventure Island is a 15-minute walk, Busch Gardens 5 minutes by car and downtown Tampa about 15.



    The living room, dining area and kitchen open onto each other, so the group can cook, eat and lounge in one connected space. An L-shaped couch faces the smart TV, and the dining table seats 8 and converts into a ping-pong and pool table when dinner is over. Out back, a fully fenced yard holds the heated pool, a patio with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.



    BEDROOMS & BATHS (4 BR / 2 BA)

    ★ Bedroom 2: king bed with a private ensuite bath, full mirrored closet, bedside tables and lamps

    GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

    ★ Setting: a residential street in East Tampa near the parks. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.

    ★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, and the setting cannot be changed mid-stay.

    ★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 12. One king, three queens and two twin bunk beds.

    ★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.

    ★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.

    ★ Grill: a charcoal grill is provided; charcoal is not, so please bring your own.

    ★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

Very Clean well appointed house

The house was very clean and updated. It had everything and more we needed for our stay. It was very easy to get to with a great location. We will definitely stay again when we come to lectures at FC if we get a chance.

Comfortable family spot.

We gathered as family for my daughter’s senior recital at USF. Convenient location and plenty of room for all of us! Great big screen TV in the common room to share fun shows and a multipurpose table for pool, ping-pong and dining pleasure!!

Tampa vacation 2023

Property was well maintained, immediate response with any of my minor concerns, plenty of room and space yet it allowed everyone to get together and enjoy themselves together +++, after several cancellations from other properties due to the hurricanes in the region, THIS PROPERTY WAS A GODSEND, close to Amusement parks, airports and RJS, the pool is a GEM, I’ll definitely return.

Large Home Close to Everything

Large home with a big fenced in back yard. Great for pets and close to everything. My only negative is that the couch has a lot of stains so it could use a good cleaning but the rest of the house was well kept and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay here.

Lovely Property

Our stay at this location was very nice! The managers of the property were very responsive and checked on us everyday! We really appreciated the all of the amenities and accommodations, especially the beach chairs and umbrella that we used on our trip to the beach! We had plenty of towels, soap, and other supplies. They made our stay very comfortable and easy! Would definitely recommend this property and Emperor Rentals!

Graduation trip

This property had everything we needed for our trip. The inside was beautiful ! We appreciated the extras that were included (coffee, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, propane tank to use for the grill). The kitchen had everything we needed plus more, to cook meals. The neighborhood was very quiet. Check in/out was simple! Great communication with the property owners. Thank you!!

Family weekend at Busch Gardens

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and we were comfortable. The only issue we had was the condition of the couch and some other furniture. We felt bad for the owners as it looked like a previous guest had damaged their home and it needs to be addressed. The rental agency was extremely responsive. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Overall I would stay again if they replaced the couch.

Amazing Property and Great Communication

I booked an 8 day stay that was, unfortunately, cut short by Hurricane Milton. However, I cannot wait to rebook in the future to stay at this property. It has EVERYTHING that you need, and is nicely updated. The bathrooms are very nice, and the pool is a nice size for a traveling family. The best part of this booking was the Awesome communication from the property management company. They were always available and checking in to make sure everything was in place for an enjoyable stay. They communicated throughout the week related to the storm and our ability to return, if we wanted to and were able. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for everything.

Communication was very prompt and positive. We loved the pool area and when there was no gas grill available, as seen in pictures and in the description, one was provided to us the next day. There were plenty of bath and pool towels, and the beds were very comfortable.

This home is fabulous. The location was quiet and was close to everything, including Busch Gardens and George Steinbrenner Stadium. The house is updated and had plenty of space for us and our pups. The fenced yard was great and we could let the pups run around. The check in and check out process was seamless and any requests were met so expeditiously. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Tampa area.
