Hot Tub Rules:

Hot tub can only accommodate up to 4 guests at a time.

Proper use of the hot tub is required at all times.

Improper use, damage, or excessive dirtiness of the hot tub, including but not limited to food, beverages, body oils, lotions, dirt, debris, or foreign objects left in the water, will result in a $350 cleaning and servicing fee charged to the guest.

No glassware or sharp objects are allowed near or inside the hot tub.

The hot tub cover must be replaced after each use to maintain water temperature and cleanliness.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that children and minors are supervised at all times while using the hot tub.

Any misuse that requires draining, deep cleaning, or servicing beyond standard maintenance will be billed accordingly.
