Kitchen: A real cook`s kitchen — a full knife set, pots and pans, a complete baking set, cutting boards, and all the utensils, dishes, and glassware you need, plus a dishwasher for easy longer stays. There`s a coffee maker with pods and creamer, tea, and a spice rack, so you can make your morning coffee and cook a proper dinner from day one.

Bedroom: A white-noise sound machine for deep, quiet sleep, hotel-quality sheets, extra blankets, charging blocks right at the bedside, and an iron and ironing board in the room.

Bathroom: Personal care kits with stocked toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap), plus disposable razors and toothbrushes, fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a makeup mirror — so you can travel light and grab anything you forgot.

Living & work: A smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or any streaming account, and a dining table that doubles as a comfortable work desk.

You`ll have the entire apartment to yourself, with one free assigned parking spot reserved just for you. Additional free guest spots are available too, first-come, first-served (usually open, but not guaranteed). Check in whenever works for you with the smart-lock keypad — no key to coordinate and no one to meet. After you book, I`ll send your keypad code and full check-in instructions, so everything is ready before you arrive.

As much or as little as you`d like. Check-in is contactless and the whole place is yours, so you`ll have complete privacy — but I`m just a message away and respond quickly if you need anything, from a restaurant tip to extra towels. I want your stay to feel easy from the moment you arrive.

This is a licensed Florida vacation rental (License #DWE3914138). Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM, with early check-in or late checkout available on request. The apartment is on the second floor, reached by one flight of stairs (no elevator) — easy for most, but worth knowing if you`re traveling with heavy luggage. Laundry is available on site in the community (not in the unit), and for stays of 14 nights or more we provide a laundry card so it`s on us. There`s a shared courtyard, and the building is quiet and residential — it isn`t set up for parties or events. A Ring video doorbell at the front entrance records video and audio at the doorway only; there are no cameras anywhere inside. It`s a compact one-bedroom, so groups of 4 should review the sleeping setup (a queen plus a twin-size sofa bed, with an air mattress on request). Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please message before booking. Smoking inside not permitted. Stays are flexible from one night to a month or longer.
