Just what we needed!

This townhouse was the perfect spot for us. It was in a convenient location, had everything that we needed and had super comfy beds. Check in and out were simple and all instructions were super clear!

Very nice clean townhouse. Furniture is dated and needs upgrading. Bathrooms clean and very functional. Quiet and close to restaurants and malls. Enjoyed our stay

Great location and stay

We have a 2 and 3 year old and this was perfect. So close to Busch gardens, adventure island, and the zoo. Our littles loved coming home and being able to hit the property playground. My husband and I took turns at the gym in the mornings. Overall, it was just what we needed and we will stay here again.

Stayed while visiting USF

Stayed there while dropping my son at USF. The place is brand new, and was exactly as in the pictures. Very spacious, close to USF and Bush Gardens and in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely will try to stay again on my next visit.

Great property owners

The property was larger than it looked in the pictures. We enjoyed our stay as a family and the outdoor space is very nice. The property owners were very responsive to any needs we had and accommodated all of our needs. I would definitely stay with them again.

Nice clean place

Place was clean, quiet and just as described. Only issue is it has a cat urine smell that was very strong. Assuming someone that used to live there had cats. Close to the hospital and university with a good location.

Very accommodating

Me and my spouse and two kids stayed and any time there was an issue they communicated back and were very helpful. Allowed me an early check as well which really helped.

Nice townhouse

The property was as described. We had everything we needed. Would stay again. I will say two things for future visitors… This would not be the best location for senior citizens as there is no bathroom downstairs (my parents were not able to make it up the steps when they visited). The location is convenient to the hospital but a little tricky to get to via the traffic. But it is a nice area. Pool was nice. Convenient to everything. The owners did a great job communicating.

Lovely stay

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this Vrbo. The pool was wonderful and the townhome was perfect. The only complaint I would have was the lack of cleaning supplies and toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags. We stayed for 3 weeks so it was necessary to have cleaning supplies on hand. I would highly recommend this property.

At first glance the property looked good.We purchased groceries, but could not cook as the cookware was rusted and not useable.The hot water tank was rusted and our showers had a brown residue. Dishwasher had a foul smell, Outside patio had trash and debris in it Master bedroom bathroom door would not shut, tubs do not drain Bedrooms hot as AC was not cooling AC filter was dirty Kitchen utensils were dirty, rusted and melted I had to clean bathroom as there was random hair
