Horrible experience, it’s not safe at all and not kid friendly! Also rooms are disgusting and full of roaches ! Never passing by there ever again ! I could be the only thing available, I prefer to sleep in my vehicle!!

Property dirty, room completely nasty with a very bad odor like piss and smoke, ac not working, bathroom dirty with a spider in the sink, unit was dirty, bed sheets smelled terrible and I was traveling with my family including my 8 year old son, the conditions were not suitable for anyone I really don’t know why management allows this to happen, I’m pretty sure if they do a sanitation inspection that place will be closed for good, what a waste of money and time with their false advertisement on Expedia.

There is afemale staff member at this property that went to my boyfriend and told hi. Some crazy bs and was hittong on him. She made a point to stop him in the hallway and say something. Im disgusted and shes lucky if i dont catch her there when shes working because i have sonething for that whitw, fat teletubby female with glasses. She doesnt know what shes doing messea up payments, gives false info, then hits on boyfriend. Ill be waiting for her! So unfropessional!

The stay was ok for one night, so I was not stressing it. Would I stay again?! Nope. The phone in room did not work, I cannot get in touch with no one in front desk for assistance, the elevator took forever, we had a whole in our bathroom door, our shower had rust, spiderweb in corner of shower with spiders, the AC unit was not working correctly and the shower water never got hot. We was all showered with cold water. Carpet outside was dirty and had a weird smell.

Elevator was not working for 3 days and i was on the 4th floor. They never offered to switch me to a lower floor. There was no room service of any kind for a weeks stay, if I wanted clean towels they had to be swapped out at the front desk, which would have been fine but no elevator for nearly half of my stay I had to go get them. Tried to call them but no one would answer the phone. I even asked for their corporate phone number and I was told no, they refused to give it to me. Also found a cockroach in the bathroom. Side of refrigerator was all rusty. Paint peeling on the walls. Hallway smelled bad at the far end where the stair access was, like urine. Hallway rug was covered in stains and was really really dirty. Would never stay here again.

The room they gave us was dirty and had bugs crawling all over it. They gave us a new room which appeared to have no bugs but my kids and I were very uncomfortable staying there.

The AC in our room was broken, the chairs were taped together, and it smelt poorly. The front desk woman was very kind and tried to accommodate but there were no options available. Overall, not a great place to stay.

I was surprised to notice that the property on the outside looked great but when inside, it was Hot in the lobby area, my room was dirty and the chairs in the room were in horrible condition to where they should just throw the chair out. I felt unsafe for myself and my children and could not get out any faster. Won’t be returning

This is an older property that Extended Stay Suites is now in, and it needs a lot of updating. While management is very attendant to guests and their comments, Extended Stay needs to do a complete remodel of this property if they want to continue to serve repeat guests.

Not as described, breakfast included is some coffee and packages of oatmeal on a little table. That’s it! Horrible marihuana smell everywhere, stains on carpet, mold on bathroom. Was expecting something nice but this hotel has been one of the worst we have stayed with my family. Very disappointed.

The door to my room didn't lock. The TV didn't come on at all. I had to use the refrigerator to block the door also the latch is broken. I explain this the next morning after checking out since it was close to midnight when i checked in and needed rest before i got on the road. I've rented at extended stays in years past and never had any rooms like this before.

They take dogs, but owners (especially those with LARGE dogs don't pick up waste). Rooms were OK and linens etc. generally clean; But Floors are not properly cleaned in rooms and throughout property. Staff are nice, but the hotel needs to only allow small/med dogs if they are not going to enforce waste pickup and hire staff for proper floor cleaning.
