Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom home, complete with an automated, private heated pool set for 83° and 6-person spa set for 100° with no extra fees. The pool is newly remodeled and includes a glow in the dark rubber surface. Cool to walk on and reduces bumps and scrapes. We also have a 43" Smart TV poolside for your enjoyment. Located in a prime area, you’ll find yourself just 19 miles from Busch Gardens, 46 miles from Clearwater Beach, 23 miles from downtown Tampa, and 69 miles from Disney. The home features three beautifully themed bedrooms and is well-equipped for families, business travelers, and adventurers alike. Enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and exciting activities just minutes away.

We prefer to greet our guests upon arrival to introduce them to our home and provide instructions on pool and spa operation and smart devices. However, we also do offer contactless check-in as well.

The space

• 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (3 themed rooms: Beach Room, Paris Room, and Vintage Travel Room—all with queen-sized beds) The Master Suite has a king-sized bed, 55" smart TV and newly remodeled full bathroom with shower and garden tub.
• A private heated pool and spa with automated controls for your convenience.
• A fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware for 12, a Keurig machine and a regular coffee maker as well (free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate), and a water purifier for clean drinking water and ice.
• Free Wi-Fi with lightning-fast speeds of up to 500 Mbps for work or leisure.
• A private office, formal living and dining areas, a cozy family room with a 55" 3D 4K TV, surround sound stereo, electric theater seating for 6, and laundry facilities (with detergent and softener provided).
• Outdoor amenities like a 5 burner propane BBQ grill and poolside dining space for enjoying meals al fresco.

A great, four bedroomed house (with separate office), and a fabulous pool and spa.Wonderful, quiet, location, no more than 30-45 minutes from anywhere in Tampa Bay.The home was exceptionally clean and well-appointed, with everything you need for a fabulous stay.Could not recommend higher.

Another wonderful stay

This was our secund time staying at this house, the first time being 7 years ago. We came back because it is such a lovely home. The house is beautiful, large enough for 8 of us (4 adults, 4 teens), and the kitchen allowed us to host Thanksgiving. The pool and spa are so fun and relaxing. We hope to be back, hopefully in less than 7 years :)

Great stay near Tampa

We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean and comfortable. The owners were nearby and very attentive. They made sure we had everything we could need during our stay. The house was convenient to several nice golf courses and to the Busch Gardens park and water park. It was also about an hour drive to some beautiful beaches. The pool and spa were clean and heated comfortably. We would definitely stay again on a subsequent trip to Tampa.

Perfect for adult family

We stayed at this home for our son's wedding. Our other son and his wife flew in from Maine a couple of days early. We were looking for something spacious with a pool so they could enjoy it after their cold weather. The house is well stocked with all the supplies you need. It was clean and the neighborhood quiet. We had lots of privacy even when our niece and friend joined us. I would recommend this house to any family even the ones with children. It was nice to meet the owners in person - communication with them was always easy with a quick response.

Very comfortable

We were very happy with our stay! The house is very well equipped for a larger family group, including everything you need for a young child- booster seat, porta crib, toys, pool floaties and toys, etc. Jeff and Sandee are very generous hosts who have thought of everything. They are in frequent contact and happy to help in any way.

Great people to rent from! The house was extremely well stocked, more than I can list or that we could use. The bed we slept in was very comfy, the kitchen had any pan, blender, spice or utensil we needed, and there are several theater chairs for a great movie night. We appreciated being able to contact the hosts at any time and loved the pool and spa! The posted pics make it seem like an older home but it is modern and has some amazing features. We would stay again

Wonderful hosts, beautiful home

We had an amazing time in this place. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was labeled and setup very thoughtfully. The house is kid friendly and laid out very well with plenty of space for all. The pool was great for adults and kids and was also equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are the kindest people you could ever meet. They explained everything during check in and were super responsive during our stay. They even allowed us to extend our stay when a last minute hurricane prevented us from flying and driving out. I have rented several vacation homes but this by far has been my favorite.

Top Notch Experience

A perfect home away from home! The hosts have thought of every detail and a few additional special touches. The themed rooms are perfectly appointed and added a fun element to our stay. Of course, the pool is a highlight we definitely enjoyed in the Florida summer. Everything is spotless and neatly labeled making it easy to find whatever you need - no need for awkwardly searching cupboards or cabinets. We especially appreciated the thoughtful suggestions of area attractions based on our family’s interests. Truly an exceptional experience from the moment of booking right through to check out. You’d be hard pressed to find better hosts!

Family graduation

This is our second time staying at this location. Our first stay was so great that we decided to do it again. We had a family member’s graduation party in Tampa which brought us here again. Jeff and Sandee were great hosts again and their home is wonderful. I didn’t have to pack any baby gear for my 20 month old which is wonderful when traveling with kids. The pool is always the highlight for kids and it comes with fun pool toys! The neighborhood is convenient for everything we had planned (grocery stores, restaurants, fast food and even an outlet mall!). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun yet safe vacation.

Another Perfect Stay!

Our family has stayed at several rental properties around the world over the years, and we’ve been fortunate to have had very good experiences overall. Even so, Jeff and Sandee’s house stands out in the extreme care and attention to every detail — it is easily the best equipped and most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed and so far the only one we’ve come back to. They are extremely attentive, before, during and after, and staying there really does feel like home. We are a family of four visiting family in the area for the holidays and all of us look forward to yet another repeat stay the next time we’re in town. A huge thanks to Jeff and Sandee for all they do to make our Christmas in Florida truly memorable, from the awesome holiday decorations to even leaving a gift under the tree. Fantastic full family setup

This property was perfect for what we needed. We had a bedroom for my husband and I, two rooms for adult children that shared a bathroom and bedroom and bathroom for my mom that had a door to close off as a guest suite. It was just what we needed to have us all in one place! The weather was cooler than normal so we didn’t use the pool and spa like we had hoped, but we did enjoy them!Host was fantastic at communicating with us as much or as little as needed. And a huge thank you for accommodating us by adjusting my moms bed that was a little too high to be safe for an elderly, less able bodied person!! I have another son who owns a home 20 min away so we would definitely stay again if the need came up to all be together!!

Nice 6 weeks away

This was a lovely rental in a quiet neighborhood with countless amenities. The grandkids especially liked all the Curious George books, the many games and toys and movies in addition to the pool and hot tub. The adult kids loved having the shower bathroom that led to the pool and all the extra towels. Providing pacnplays, cots, booster seat and stroller was so helpful. Having 3 bathrooms was great when all 10 of us were around for a few days together. The large master suite bathroom was recently renovated and beautiful. Communication to our queries was always quick. The location was great - a short drive away from many golf courses, restaurants, activities, groceries and more.

Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Hosts

We had the pleasure of staying at Jeff and Sandee’s wonderful home. From the moment we arrived, Jeff and Sandee made us feel incredibly welcome. They met us at the rental and meticulously went over every detail of the house, ensuring we were familiar with all the amenities. The house itself is beautiful and equipped with every convenience one could need. Jeff and Sandee were exceptionally kind and hospitable. Their attention to detail was evident as they walked us through the operation of everything, from the lights and reclining chairs to the pool and spa. Their thoroughness made our stay comfortable and worry-free. Our family was in Florida for my daughter's graduation at USF, and Jeff and Sandee went above and beyond to make the occasion special by giving my daughter a thoughtful graduation card. This personal touch meant a lot to us. When we encountered travel difficulties due to tropical storm Debby, Jeff and Sandee were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to stay a bit longer to manage our flight delay. Their generosity and understanding during this stressful time were greatly appreciated. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this rental and are grateful to Jeff and Sandee for their exceptional hospitality.

Simply Lovely

My husband and 7 year old son and I, stayed 4 nights at this lovely house. It was a true get away. The hosts met us at the house and were very kind and helpful - they showed us around and gave us many tips on places to explore and eat. We felt as though we were staying at a relatives house and they were just a text away if we needed any assistance. Thier graciousness and welcoming attitudes made my family literally feel at home. Their house is stocked with everything that one would rely on at home to ensure comfort on all levels. Our son kept himself busy along side the pool and in the pool with all the kids toys that were there. Then at night he was able to go through the many Curious George books that were in his room. The beautiful pool and hot tub were a big highlight to all of us...These extras helped my husband and I truly feel like we were on vacation. We daily used the small cooler for our day trips (which is located in a fully stocked laundry room.) I could go on with more little details... plastic baggies of all sizes to store snacks, 2 long handled shell scoopers to find shells on the beach... What a blessing this vacation was for my family- it will forever be memorable.

A perfect location for all of our needs the kitchen is very friendly for use and space. The access to local shops and restaurants is fabulous as well as grocery and household needs. This is a fantastic property very quiet and peaceful and we would stay there again.
