Everything is great aside from the hotel key that I need to change all the time because it’s not working especially at the back area of the hotel .

The jacuzzi was really dirty and are was not clean. The room was clean, but the bathroom had hair in the tub. Also, I feel the air conditioner was loud and clanky, but cold.

Per Marriott Brand Standard, rooms are not cleaned until the 3rd day of the stay, in your case, you did not stay 3 days so housekeeping would not have been to your room. The suite was not what I booked and they did not want to change it and the area to walk my dog was not an area, it was a sidewalk. There was a bunch of bushes and trees. Then there was hill where my dog could've got lost or fell down.

Great place to stay! Rooms were great! The bathroom counter space was amazing! We didn’t get housekeeping on our second morning. That is totally fine, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. I wouldn’t have thrown my bath towels on the floor in a pile if I had known. 😂I would definitely recommend this place, and I will definitely be staying here anytime that we visit Tampa.

Check in with Maria was exceptional. She was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location to where our events were was great. My 3rd stay at this hotel. Highly recommend. Just a thank you to Maria, have had many hotel stays and she was just amazing!!!

I love this place. Front desk & breaksfast staff rock. Room so spacious and clean. Location is quite. Hot tub was hot. Only critique- the pool needs to be cleaned of its slight algea issue

Stayed for 2 days n nights. Swimming pool hours state 7am to 11pm. Tried swimming at 9pm. Was told swimming pool is closed. Hmmm. Swimming pool was awfully dirty. Never saw anyone clean in the 2days I stayed there. Came from out of state very disappointing. On top of that 1 of the elevators broke on 2nd day. And currently when I checked out still broken. Imagine that. Customer Service is gone. Maybe never ever to return.

Waited for check in to get off a personal call-stood there about 10 min. Didn't have the room I requested with a handicap shower. Breakfast wasn't ready when we left a little after 6:30am, Dogs barking at night. Unfortunately not a great stay for my birthday.

Customer service was great! Room AC was making weird noise and the room was not cooling properly. The bed was hard and there were no USB plugs. Smallest Marriott rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely needs upgrades.

Roaches in the room. Not the room i booked location around the hotel was really bad didn't seem safe at all. Beding was dirty and the beds were hard. Not an extra roll of toilet paper had to go ask for it and go get it. They didn't take cash. Website says they have a roll away bed but they said they didn't.
