Perfect Stay in Great West Tampa

Great host, great property, in a great location for West Tampa. Nicely furnished and comfortable all-around with all the basics covered. Perfect backyard if you are traveling with your dog as well. If you need a place in West Tampa this is it.

The home is in a nice and very convenient neighborhood. It is quiet and very close to a big park. The house is spacious and was clean. The towels as well as the couch in the living room were a bit worn and could use replacing. Owner was available and easy to contact.

In town for the EAGLES game and to visit family

The house was very clean. Check in was easy. The yard was nice to sit in morning with our coffee. It was in a GREAT location. 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from family, 8 minutes to Amerture Works amd 15 minutes to RJ Stadium.

Home close to the city

We needed a place to stay 4 nights while our house was getting some work done. This was the perfect place for a family of 4 that included toddlers and dogs. The house had all the creature comforts and a nice sized backyard, but wished there was a dish washer. Bonus for being next to a park with a shaded playground, dog run basketball and pickle ball courts. The neighborhood was safe and close to downtown and River Walk. Would stay again!

3 ladies weekend stay

The communication with the property managers was excellent -- from directions to the house and entry procedure to help when I left an item behind on check out day. The house is a tidy, cozy ranch style house in a quiet neighborhood. You walk into a large room with a table to one side and living room on the other. The kitchen completes the entry. Down a hallway are the bedrooms which were clean and comfortable. One full bathroom off the hallway and one in the master bedroom gave us plenty of room to get ready in the mornings. It seemed to be a quick drive to everything we wanted to do (downtown, Zoo, trader joes, mall, expressway). We found many good places to eat within a short drive from the house. We didn't use the backyard (table, chairs, grill). However, at the end of the street were pickelball courts that were alway busy. We should have brought our paddles! If you are looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay in Tampa, we would recommend it.

Great Place!

The Carmen Guest House was exactly what I was looking for! The house was a really nice space, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Easy to follow instructions from the homeowners. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property and close to downtown

We had a conference downtown and this home was a perfect blend of accessibility and peacefulness. The neighborhood is very friendly. Wonderful family-friendly oasis in a great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful bungalow. It was the perfect mix of zen and cozy. The decor is so lovely. Definitely a family friendly space. Working laundry and AC. Functional and spacious kitchen. Super comfortable beds. The location was perfect--near restaurants and Hyde Park, playgrounds, grocery stores, and the waterfront---but still very quiet and secluded. Everything was super clean. Aaron was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we're back in Tampa!
