I love looking out the window and seeing one of Bush Gardens rollercoaster. Breakfast was amazing, there was a good selection.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. The lobby and dinning area was very nice. Offered shuttle service to Busch Gardens. Rooms were kind of outdated. Water pressure was weak. Curtains in room were terrible. Let in most of the light from early in the morning. Black out curtains did not close all the way, and left a massive open light source into room. Breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea and conscience products were definitely a plus.

Most things was just okay, except for front desk service, which was slightly poor. When I needed help, I had to look for them as they were not at their front desk. A plus is definitely the breakfast, which was consistently tasty.

Room was very spacious and property was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The computers in the business center however were not working so had to print something elsewhere. Otherwise the hotel was perfect for a short trip to Busch Gardens

Stay away from room 211. This room shares the elevator wall, the noise is terrible every time the guests take the elevator, especially at night. Other than that everything was good. The Breakfast is really good.

This was the ability best hotel stay I've had! The room was enormous and quiet. The staff were amazing, welcoming and so kind. The breakfast was delicious and different each day which i appreciate! The shuttle to Busch Gardens is also super convenient. The sign up doesn't guarantee you a spot but itself convenient. The area around the hotel is a little sus but it's Florida.

We loved the property and loved our room. Only two issues. It was loud. Not the hotel itself but it’s on a busy street and I guess the windows aren’t very thick because you could hear everything outside. The bed and pillows could also be a bit more comfortable.

I booked this hotel because my daughter had a cheer competition. I must say I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. The staff was amazing , we got to the area earlier than expected and I went to see if I was able to check in early. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and to my surprise we were able to check in. The other lady at the second shift was so sweet also. I totally recommend this hotel. I will be staying here when I go visit Bush Garden.

The hotel was good. Clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff. However, the area surrounding the hotel did not feel safe. Very rundown, lots of homeless people roaming through the parking lot.

The staff was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. The location was walking distance to Busch (about 15 minutes). They also had a shuttle that took about 10 minutes.

The desk staff and dining staff were very personable and helpful. The housekeeping was not good for our room as they didn't make the bed or take the dirty towels and replace them. And we saw them cleaning other rooms on our floor when we left our room.

We called ahead 3 different days to request baby crib and when we got to the hotel they didn’t have any either care about it. I didn’t have a place to put my baby to sleep. It was alao inconvenient because they didn’t have milk at the hotel.

Very disappointing stay. The bathroom left a lot to be desired (the shower was difficult to control, the water pressure in the sink was weak, there were signs of rust around the fixtures for the toilet. Thursday morning at 7AM, there was no coffee in the "restaurant"- this was a show-stopper for me. There was a broken handle on one of the waffle irons. Had a great view from our room looking over at the coasters in Busch Gardens, except for the fact that the window was filthy.
