. The room is not fancy but had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the canal. We saw a few dolphins while having our morning coffee. The two restaurants, beach, and pool were a major bonus.

My husband and I Love Little Harbor. Everything we like all in one safe, friendly, away from the big tourist areas resort style community. It's still within an hour drive to all the big beaches for the true beach days. But; for a SeaBay beach, Little Harbors is small, clean, great view and right next to the Sunset Grill with music all day and night. Clean pools, great fishing pier, grounds are kept nice and good for walking. Hooks restaurant is also there and serves good food and has great atmosphere.Thank you Carmen for providing such a great place to rent for a vacation. The entire process was professional and all through prompt correspondence. Second time at the resort, favorite room and host. Planning on returning next year for sure!

The mattresses were old, worn and uncomfortable to sleep on they really need to be replaced. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Carmen was very helpful and professional

On the VRBO site it said the second floor was accessible by elevator and there was no elevator. It limited my ability to do things as I have had multiple hip surgeries. I choose this place because of the price and that the 2nd floor was accessbile by elevator and it was not. Needless to say it was frustrating. All other amenities were fine.

The location is the only reason I didn't pack up the first day. This place was dreadfully dirty and put together from a yard sale. The beds were downright dangerouse. The head boards were so large and weighty (7' high 6" thick) and were not properly connected to the bedframe using picture frame angle brackets to hold together. One bed's headboard was at such a severe leaning angle that i feared it would collapse while I slept and would not use that bed. Both were identical and bound to hurt or kill someone.

Dirty!

Beds were caving in. The headboard was ready to come loose from the beds. Popcorn and other debris behind the bed. Hotplate was disgusting filthy. Toaster oven DISGUSTING. Random paper towel laying in dish cabinet. And Im almost positive the bed spread and shams were not changed. Deck was dirty. Bird poop on door handles etc. And this was cleaned right before we walked on. We had to wait in parking lot. Never again.

Excellent Trip!

This was an amazing experience. Carmen was very responsive throughout the process. My pup enjoyed our daily walks along the bay and to the beach. We were able to kayak the bay and had dolphins come up to us. Sunset Grille had a wide variety of food options and a discount program. The locals are very friendly. I had everything I needed in one area and the resort had security at night to get into the harbor. Highly recommend staying at Little Harbor.

Never again. Didn’t even have an address or room until day. I learned many valuable lessons. If it smells like a turd it’s probably a turd.

This was a beautiful location, but the property itself is a bit rundown. Mold under the faucet, rusty hinges on the bathroom door, beds very creaky and noisy, carpet on outside stairs was dirty, and the second floor hallway smelled moldy/musky. Needs some work. Also a bit further from downtown Tampa than I thought it would be (40+ minutes).

Best location on resort!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this studio condo located beside the pool, and restaurant/bar. My son and husband also fished a short walk away. Condo clean and updated. Everything we needed for fun and relaxing few days.

Nice Location

The Inner Harbor property is very nice with an assortment of things to do and also areas to just relax and do nothing. Our room was clean and nice. Two issues we had were no pillows on the two beds and no washcloths. We were able to see a housekeeping person the first day and she brought two pillows. The next day, after discovering there were no washcloths, we went to the front desk and were able to get what we needed. Overall, though it was a good stay in a nice room.
