Calming Space-Ideal Location-Cozy Florida Vibes

Good times in the trendy Heights are sure to be had here! Get comfortable in this well appointed and relaxing 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom home. Located on a quiet street lined with oak trees is the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the beaches and Tampa Bay yet only 3 minutes to entertainment, highly rated dinning, breweries/bars, groceries etc. Sit out back and have a glass of wine at the fire table while listening to the bamboo sway. Cozy up in the egg chair with a book, play a game of pool or air hockey on the mini table or cook a meal in the full kitchen.
The space
NO PARTIES 25+ YEARS OLD TO BOOK.
10-13 minutes to major attractions: Dowtown/Channelside/AmalieArena/Tampa Bay Stadium/Cruise Port/Busch Gardens/UT/USF. 5 Minutes to the Zoo. 30-40 Minutes to the Gulf Beaches. The home is older but well kept. The AC blows nice and cold. The beds are comfortable. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The pull out sofa is queen sized. The TVs are Smart TVs you're welcome to log into your streaming services for entertainment, there is no conventional cable TV, Netflix has been provided. This is Florida, there are bugs and lizards in Florida and the home located near the river with mature vegetation, the occasional bug may get inside especially if the door is left open. There is a barn apartment located in the back of the property that is occupied by a trusted long term tenant. Do not be alarmed if you see someone waking to the back. The laundry area is a shared area please be respectful of that. The yard is separated and you have a yard to yourself. Dogs allowed with paid pet fee. All pets must be disclosed. No aggressive dogs. Please note that chickens live next door and you may hear them crow in the morning. Guest staying longer than 4 nights have access to the washer and dryer.

Clean, comfortable, and great location!

This home was exactly what we needed for our 10 day stay. It was clean, cozy, comfortable beds, great dining area, nice outside hang out area, and conveniently close to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. The kitchen was loaded with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cups, silverware, etc. Definitely not short in supplies. I would definitely recommend this place for either short or long term stays. No issues with water, AC, or internet. Everything worked perfect. Thank you for such a great experience.

Very outdated. It didn’t exactly match the photos. Missing tile in one of the bathrooms is a safety hazard. I cut my leg/foot on it several times. Cobwebs in all the corners. Didn’t seem like it’s been deep cleaned in a long time- especially the fans in the bathroom. Overall disappointed.
Safety hazard. Was not included in the pictures bc of course it was cropped out but there was also no warning about how sharp this was.

Lovely stay

We stayed here while attending a local music festival. We loved the place, it was clean, quiet and well stocked. We brought our two small dogs and they did wonderful as well. We would love to stay here again. The attention to detail has been a focal for this place for sure!

The appliances are definitely outdated. The shower in the master had an issue with the drain, and there were bugs in the tub. The doors in the bathroom do not close properly. Quality of the furniture (sofa, bed and other frequently used pieces) were of poor quality. The kitchen cabinets were extremely dated. The host was very communicative leading up to our stay and accommodated us checking in early. But really other than that would not really recommend staying at this location.

dog friendly old Seminole heights

Had a great stay. Briana was available for any needs but also left us alone to enjoy the property which is something I value in a vacation stay. 2 adults and 2 dogs were very comfortable for a 30 day stay. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay in this neighborhood, but that is true for most of Tampa. Quiet, cute & hip. Seminole Heights is very up & coming with a lot of cute restaurants & bars already and surely more to come.

Christmas in Tampa

This property was wonderful. It was exactly as described. The beds were comfy, the living room was great, and we really enjoyed the pool table. I normally have to make an immediate Walmart run when I rent a house, but I did not have to do that here. Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, cotton balls, Qtips, etc were all provided and lasted the whole week! That was a wonderful touch. We would have loved a washer and dryer and more cookware, but we made due. We visited St Pete and Clearwater while we were there, and the house was centrally located and made getting around a breeze. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the Tampa area!
