    Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto a private patio, the pool glistening under a cloudless sky. The scent of fresh‑cut grass mingles with the faint aroma of a nearby barbecue, inviting you to unwind. Inside, the open‑concept living area hums with the soft glow of a smart TV, while the game room beckons with the clack of pool balls and the spin of foosball handles. Every corner of this renovated home feels designed for relaxed togetherness.



    Sleeping arrangements

    Three spacious bedrooms each hold two queen beds, providing six comfortable beds for up to twelve guests. Two of the rooms feature attached bathrooms for added privacy, while the third bedroom offers a tranquil retreat. Plush bedding promises a restful night after a day of exploring Tampa.



    Living space

    A generous sectional sofa anchors the main living area, offering ample seating for movie nights or casual conversation. The smart TV is positioned for easy viewing from the sofa or the adjacent game room, where a pool table and foosball table keep the fun going.



    Outdoor living

    Step outside to a private backyard where a sparkling pool invites a refreshing dip at any time of day. A fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating creates a perfect spot for evening chats under the stars, and a BBQ grill stands ready for grilled favorites.     The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all essential cookware, making meal preparation effortless. A large dining table inside accommodates the whole group, while the outdoor dining space offers a breezy alternative for sunny lunches or dinner al fresco.

    A short drive brings you to Downtown Tampa, the Florida Aquarium and a variety of local attractions, giving you easy access to city excitement while you return to a peaceful retreat.

Free on‑site parking, a washer/dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a heating system ensure comfort year‑round.     Guest Access:

    During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The dock located on the property is strictly off-limits for guest use. Accessing the dock is prohibited for safety and liability reasons.



    There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway. Please do NOT park in the street.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa. Designed for comfort and style, our property offers everything you need for a fantastic stay. We're just a short drive to Downtown Tampa (approx. 11 min) and all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping. You'll have easy access to major highways.



    Getting Around:

    You'll find easy access to major roadways (like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway, which will be important for getting to downtown or the airport). Expect to find a good selection of local businesses, including: Grocery Stores, restaurants, parks and recreation, shopping. The best way to get around is driving.



    Other Things to Note:

    The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



    A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

    -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

    -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



    If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



    Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



    It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

Hot tube was ice cold and the pool was not clean at all. The was raw sewage was overflowing from something in front of the house. The cealing was leaking on the main floor when we arrived. The ac unit was frozen solid.the door handle on the wine cooler was broken. None of the doors in the game room locked and handles were broken. The smell of the raw sewage alone ruined the stay because of the smell. The stove didn't work at all.

This property has great potential. Upon arrival, it became obvious that it was still a work in progress. One toilet was clogged. Handrail was not installed properly. No door stoppers behind doors. Pool was not cleaned and dirty socks were left around outside the property. Many fixtures not there or installed properly. No smoke detectors on lower level. These are just a few of the things that were not up to the standard of luxury as used in their description. As far as communication with the management company, they were great and responsive. I did let them know that until all the work is completed properly that this house should not be listed as a rental. I hope the owners fix all the things for future renters.
