Modern West Tampa Bungalow - Live & Work In Style

  • Enjoy a comfortable short stay close to the best of Tampa Bay or a long-term stay with all the comforts of home. We are just a few minutes from Downtown, Amelie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, and the Tampa International Airport. We have great outdoor space including a large front porch, shaded back deck, and fenced in backyard perfect for your dog or just enjoying the great outdoors.

    We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have great closet space and 2 of the bedrooms also have a large desk to work at. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly allowing all guests to enjoy the space at once.

    Guests have access to the whole home with the exception of the primary bedroom closet. There is a wardrobe available for hanging space.

    I don`t live far, so I am happy to meet you and am easily available by phone.

    West Tampa is a historic Tampa neighborhood just a few minutes northwest of Downtown Tampa. Brick streets with mature trees makes this neighborhood cozy while the proximity to bars, restaurants, and attractions makes it urban.

    We have plenty of off-street parking at the house as well as on street parking.
