A wonderful vacation spot with the best Apollo Beach has to offer! The house is filled with amenities, including smart TV, laundry, every kitchen appliance you need to cook, and a deck with a wonderful view. There are 6 bedrooms with king, queen, and bunkbed sleeping arrangements. We also have three futons and six fully-reclining chairs to allow you and your group to sleep comfortably. There are 3 bathrooms.

Please note: our guest fee for every extra guest in a party larger than 12 guests is $10 per guest per night. This is to cover energy, utilities and extra cleaning costs charged to us by our cleaners, who charge us more for every extra guest! This ensures we can keep the place sparkling clean for each new guest.

As per Hillsborough county ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay.

We stayed in the mansion for our destination wedding and it was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean, everything we needed was in the house, and the master tub is definitely a great perk for relaxation before a big day like our wedding.

House was clean and roomy. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to all the things we needed and wanted to do. Close to the golf courses we intended to play. Plenty of room for our 9 players. We liked sitting in the back patio after our round. We would stay in this house again.

The house was large with plenty of beds for our large family. Anything missing was taken care of immediately. The manager was really responsive to our texts and very accommodating. Kitchen lacked a few supplies we would have liked but we figured it out and it didn’t affect our stay much. Overall a 5 star stay.
