This place is hidden gem!! The house is VERY clean and newly remodeled. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get out. Very nice shower and kitchen. The backyard is amazing for the space it has. Very quiet and you forget your in the city when sitting back there. The jacuzzi is very nice and private nice little romantic setting. No matter where we went in Tampa it seemed we were never 13 min away from the house. The location is crazy good. 13 min to the hard rock (25 dollar uber if you over do it lol), 14 min from bush gardens, air port, zoo, and endless food and shopping. My wife and i really enjoyed our NYE visit HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you and your partner or even if you have a kid and are about to explore Tampa but don’t want to be far from EVERYTHING this is the spot. Close to Disney if you want to stay out the way of Orlando like 30 min ride
