Peaceful

The house had everything I needed. Very peaceful neighborhood and location was spot on. near the mall and many stores / restaurants. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved the outside screened porch to catch some fresh air.

Clean but very minimal amenities

The home is nice, in a great location, and very clean. The downside is that there are minimal amenities, such as 1 TV, kitchen has bare essentials (no wine glasses, just enough plates for 6 people, no ice trays) and no kitchen towel to dry dishes - only a washcloth was provided . Bring your own pillows - the ones provided were over full and we had to go buy new pillows to use.

Get away

It was a great place to get together. My wife and I along with my Sister and her fiance flew from NY for a long weekend my father and his wife drove to stay with us and several friends were able to take a day trip up and spend time with us we had a great weekend

Tampa rental

We were quite pleased with almost everything about this property. I think the only area that could improve is the back yard. We didn't spend too much time outdoors, but there were chairs on the patio and it might have been nice to perhaps enjoy a cup of coffee there. But there was not anything pleasing to the eye to enjoy so we didn't. We also would have liked to have a little more advance info on the house code #, etc.
