Description: before booking ask about last minute specials and book three nights get 1 additional free day. Holidays are a 3 night minimum for an additional free day and check in is 4pm for holiday weeks, Paradise Lakes Resort is a 72-acre gated clothing optional resort and is considered one of the most premier resorts in North America. Paradise Lakes has a friendly atmosphere and a number of the neighbors are year–round residents. The resort fees are paid to the resort and you can look them up on their website. Resort amenities are not included in the condo cost. Our condo is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful lakeside view. Don’t worry if you are new to nudism as you can wear as much or as little as you want. Our condo was recently completely renovated from top to bottom featuring completely new kitchen with custom kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops, flat cook top and convection microwave. New flooring, new king-sized bed, new furniture and laundry facilities inside the unit. New 65 inch LED tv. The upstairs location allows privacy and breathing room with a beautiful view of the lake from the living room or balcony. Our unit is fully equipped with dishes, towels, linens, flat screen cable TV, VCR, IPOD clock radio, and WIFI. You can rent a golf cart for $15/ day to run around the resort. Paradise Lakes is beautifully maintained resort offering 3 swimming pools, outdoor hot tub, frequent live poolside music, fine and casual dining, water volleyball, tennis courts, a full gym, pool table, fishing and night club. Come for the weekend or consider a longer stay to enjoy the Florida weather, resort and the surrounding area’s attractions. Some of our guests enjoy visiting other area clothing optional resorts, such as Caliente and Lake Como, both within a short distance of Paradise Lakes. There are multiple public golf courses and Tampa Premium Outlets within a few minutes’ drive. Gulf beaches, Busch Gardens and Disney World are all easy day trips. The Condo rental fees do not include resort fees. Resort information can be obtained online at their website. We hope you love it here as much as we do. You do have neighbors do please respect our neighbors. This includes respecting noise restrictions and disturbing neighbors.

If renting 3 nights including the weekend ask about a free night! You are in a community and must follow the community rules including not disturbing neighbors. Violations of site rules can result in expulsion from the site and forfeiture of your rental.

Sweet place! Just what we needed! Beautiful water front view and very quiet. Being a first time VRBO user and tired arriving near midnight i couldn't find the instructions for the gate entry that Nelson had sent. He was very patient and guided us through. We enjoyed our stay their!

We had a super stay - close to Tampa - all the amenities you could want. The bed was super comfortable - we slept amazingly well. We would definitely stay again. The view off the front deck was amazing. Very friendly development. Loved it!!

Great place to stay

I travel for work so where I stay means a lot. The place was clean, well furnished with everything I needed to make my time enjoyable. The host was a pleasure to delay with and checked on me often to see if I needed anything. I definitely will be staying there again.

Weekend Stay

Quick weekend away for us and this condo was perfect. We enjoy staying in this community and this condo is far enough from the noise of the clubhouse but close enough that you can walk or take the short drive. The condo is well outfitted with everything we needed and is a great size for 2 people. The owners are very responsive and check it was super easy. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Paradise lakes is a wonderful away from the hustle. The location is perfect to enjoy all that Paradise Lakes has to offer. Cozy place that offers all the amenities you need. Washer/dryer, beach towels etc. Would definitely rebbok at this location.

We loved the quiet neighborhood we were in. The community grill was very handy. Stayed for 2 weeks and met our very nice neighbors. Felt very safe. The condo met all our needs. We took advantage of the clubhouse, pool and restaurant on premise. Located near many shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Awesome Time

For it to be our first experience. It turned out to be better than expected. The place we stayed in was clean . We got the golf cart to get around in and the Resort was awesome. Definitely coming back soon.

The condo was as described and offered us more amenities than a room at PL. We had food and adult drinks that made the stay more enjoyable. When friends came over we had plenty of seating. Our host provided extra towels and blankets that were appreciated. We will return.

Excellent stay

Our entire trip to Paradise Lakes was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean, appointed very nicely with granite, and everything new. The bed was extremely comfortable, and king-size. The unit also had a washer and dryer which was a huge plus. I would absolutely book this unit again with Nelson. Nelson was a fantastic host, and very accommodating. Nelson went way beyond and then some to make our stay a great one. Check this unit out on your next visit to paradise. Joe and Desiree.

The condo is as described. Lovely view from the balcony. Plenty of towels, dishes, cooking equipment. 5-10 minute walk to the pools & spa at the club. Close to Walmart & Publix for groceries. Friendly cat wandering around. Lots of folks use golf carts to get around the complex, but I found walking (in the buff) to be just fine. The pools are much busier on weekends, but lots of lounge chairs. Everyone friendly.

The overall stay was good. The host was very accommodating, with letting me check in ealier than 3pm. Cons- the advertisement for the amenities pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, bar / night club is not included in the stay, even though your staying in the gated community, You have to pay a daily fee, $50 a couple and $165 for a male to use the amenities. The gate to the community was down so had to be buzzed in by the host everytime you enter the community just a inconvenience. Plus the keyless entry code did not work, had to contact host to get a new code.
