I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! If you have a boat definitely book don’t look anywhere else. It’s amazing! There’s so much room to move around inside the house. Everything is super clean. It’s stocked with everything you need and the little floating dock to park your boat at is literally at the back door. We have a tritoon and had plenty of room for parking. It’s a quiet little neighborhood. Close to everything!The a/c works great!!!! (That’s super important in Florida)The Common Good boat ramp is so close too.It’s just the cutest place..we will definitely 100% book again!10/10.
