    We always do our best for our guests, the home is spotless, well‑maintained, and in a very safe community. We take great care to protect our home, our guests, and our neighbors, and we are proud of our consistent 5‑star reviews.
    The entire home is yours to enjoy, featuring 3 bedrooms, an one office, 2 full bathrooms, approximately 2,459 sq. ft., and a two‑car garage. The community offers a wonderful pool, tennis and basketball courts, two dog parks, and a children’s playground. Sun City Center is also just minutes away.
    You’ll love the lake view, especially at sunset, and the cozy fire pit area. The location is ideal, halfway between Orlando theme parks, Busch Gardens Tampa, and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, including Siesta Key, Lido Beach, Madeira Beach, Anna Maria Island, and Clearwater Beach. Tampa Airport and Downtown Tampa are also nearby.
    For your convenience, the garage includes beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart, and two bicycles. Publix, Walmart, and Aldi are right next door.

We had an excellent experince with this property. The listing was a clear reflection the house. Chris was an informative host; providing clear instructions for arrival and offering usefull local knowledge. We used the pool and clubhouse several times. Relaxing Vacation

The house is very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The most enjoyable was the beautiful sunset and the view in the backyard! Very relaxing vacation and close to everything.

Super clean & well stocked

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Chris, our host, was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood felt very safe and I wish we would’ve had more time to use some of the amenities such as the clubhouse and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

The property was very clean and pretty. The neighborhood is quiet if you are looking for time to relax. We were fortunate to meet the home owners. They were very nice and helpful telling us about the house. Would definitely stay here again if coming to this area.

Great experience

The location of the home was a great central location between Tampa and Sarasota beaches. We were very comfortable in the home during our stay. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our host stayed in touch with us during the check in process and answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this vacation rental again.

Awesome stay!

We were exploring this area of Florida and what a wonderful Stay we had. The house is just as pictured. Well supplied in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. what is not pictured is the wildlife that is at the back patio. The pool is amazing as well. This is the best rental we have ever had in Florida. Would return in a heartbeat if available when we can travel. The internet is reliable if you need it (I had to stay up to date on a work project ) Thanks Chris for the wonderful time in your home.

Summer getaway

My family and I had a terrific stay at the property. The check in was seemless and the house was easy to find. The house was as clean throughout, and had all the amenities we were promised. Our three kids had their own bed and felt like they were at home. There is a Walmart, Publix, and other shopping just off the main highway outside of the residential community where the house is located. The community pool, basketball court, and dog park were a five minute walk from the property and were clean and well kept. We were able to do several day trips including Disney and beach days and enjoyed coming home in the evening to this property. Thanks Chris for your kind hospitality! Adrian

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house while visiting family in the area. House was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is great for walking and the pool was very clean and relaxing. The place was immaculate and there was bikes available. We visited Fort De Soto. We really enjoyed the Sand Hill Cranes they came right up to the patio and looked in the sliding glass door. It was a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Chris was exceptionally responsive and handled every tiny concern immediately. The sunsets out the back patio window were breathtaking. The proximity to Walmart and Publix made the stay even nicer. Would recommend very highly.
