Cute Little Studio

This place was perfect for a quick weekend stay. Clean and just the right size for a couple. Was pretty quick to get to different spots around Tampa.

I came in for a concert at Raymond James stadium. This property was perfect for my stay. I was able to walk to the stadium and got back before other people were able to get their car out of the parking lot. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from and walk to. The room itself was clean and had a fresh smell.

Good location. Not far from many interest places. Very clean and smells clean; all the basics are there. There are a few minor things that can be easily fixed: the main lock (ir works but you have to lift the door to make sure it’s closed), needs a darker blinder, softer pillows and urgently correct the bed frame noise. Price/quality/privacy excellent.

We stayed here for the May 16th AC/DC concert at Raymond James Stadium. The room is very small but was super clean and close to the venue. The landlord was so nice! He actually dropped us off close to the stadium so we did not have to Uber. He was also very understanding about a misunderstanding with the booking (I thought we were booked an extra night) and was a little late checking out.) i would 100% stay here again for another concert.

Small, quiet space

The room was very clean and organized upon arrival, exactly how the pictures displayed. It’s on a busy road, but we Ubered everywhere so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. They do have dogs on the property, but very rarely did we hear them. The check in/check out process was VERY simple, but I could suggest a little bit more communication from host regarding these processes. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend for short stays with 1-2 people.

I liked the location right on the main street and off street parking. I didn't like there were dirty rags in the shower also very low water pressure and the water got cold real quick. They had a dog that barked all night and I had to work early in the morning.

The property was extremely clean and the sleeping area was very cozy & comfortable. The cooking area was cramped but stocked with all necessary appliances and dinnerware. The neighborhood left a little to be desired, but I did not feel unsafe. Parking was provided, but pulling out onto a very busy street proved consistently challenging. The largest area for improvement in the property was in the bathroom, which was dated and provided unreliable water pressure/hot water. Overall, it is a good bargain for the price!

Close to Tampa International Airport

It is small, (as stated in the description). However, the price was very reasonable. Even though the property was on a fairly busy street, I never heard any traffic. The bed and pillows were comfy. I stayed 1 night because I wanted a place close and convenient to the airport.

This little studio was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The only real problem we had was pulling onto the highway in front of the home. Lots of traffic and limited visibility. The room itself was nice though the water pressure in the little kitchenette was little more than a trickle. Still, we enjoyed our stay very much.

You get exactly what you pay for with this room. We did find a used washrag and bar of soap in the shower, but we didn't touch it, so that was fine. Also, while there was a tub and a shower, only the shower works. And by works I mean water comes out. Not hard, but more like a camping shower. Enough to get wet, soap up, and rinse off. The bed was comfy, and there was a TV, Fridge, and coffeemaker in the room, and the AC worked well. I'd stay again if I was on a budget, because the bed was good. But I'm old, and love showers. So I might shop a little more for a better shower next time I'm in Tampa.

A quint little efficiency/studio

I enjoyed the room, it had pretty much everything I needed while I explored the area. A nice big queen sized bed that was very comfortable. The room also gets very dark at night, which I love. The place was very well organized and **CLEAN**. I really enjoyed their little bathroom, it has beautiful floor tiles, and the tub has a ledge where you can sit, which was very comfortable for me. I like having a ledge to sit from while showering. They provided shower gel, shampoo, and condition and hand soap for the sink. I used my own, and a bit of their shower gel which smells like hotel soap. They had a hair catcher in the tub which I liked, made for cleaning up easier. I have mid length hair, so I shed a little. They had utensils and plates, along with a coffee maker and a microwave. I only used a plate and a fork, everything else was unused but if you need it, it's there. Their fridge is fairly spacious. I would suggest not bringing anything that requires a stove , you can't do much cooking here, only microwaving and maybe saving yesterday's food in the fridge for the following day. It's great for a temporary stay in this way, otherwise you may want to find a place that has larger cooking options. The space is very small, so it's great for just one person (which was perfect for me). You could have an additional person if it's just a temporary stay, but if it's longer it's very cramped so that may not be suited. To each their own ofcourse. I had a great stay!

The place was extremely clean!!!!!! The area of town was a little sketchy. The room itself is very small so we had a hard time walking around the bed to the bathroom. There's barely any water pressure. It's a super cute place but I would say only big enough for 1 small person. Definitely not big enough for two.
