The master suite features a king bed, oversized closet, a double shower, and a walk-out to the screened-in pool area. The pool is solar-heated. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and also walks out to the pool. Third bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well.
The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances, dishes, cookware, and offers beautiful views of the water. Granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar allow ample seating for everyone.
Large, sliding glass doors span the rear of the home, providing an open, airy feeling at all times of day. Wireless internet is provided, as well as outdoor security cameras and brand new smart tvs throughout the house.
The location is perfect--far enough out of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, yet just a short drive (20 minutes)to the amazing city and all it offers. The beautiful beaches of St.Pete, Anna Maria, Siesta Key and many more are also just a hop, skip and a jump away! Feel free to bring your own boat, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, etc. There is plenty of room to store them safely in our 3-car garage!
