  • Your cozy getaway awaits in Tampa at this welcoming house. With three bedrooms plus a office with a futon (2 queen bedrooms, 1 standard & 1 futon) and two bathrooms (1-shower, 1 shower/ bath), guests enjoy plenty of space to relax. An additional office area with a futon offers a quiet spot to work or unwind, or could serve as a smaller bedroom for a child. There are two comfortable living/ seating areas and a dining room space. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. There is also a screened in Sunroom. Sunroom and living / dining areas have a direct view of the Hillsboro River. Wooded areas are across from the house on both sides, giving peaceful vibes and nature views. Whether you’re here for rest or productivity, this pleasant home provides a terrific base for your stay. Comfortable yards in front and back, and deck on the river. Near USF, Busch Gardens and the Museum of Science & Industry (just 2 miles from USF, but tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood, and 5 miles from Busch Gardens).
