This privately owned suite has been fully renovated with some of the best views of the bay that Tampa has to offer, It has a fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, stove, silverware, microwave, etc).

For sleeping arrangements inside of the unit, there is 1 queen bed in the bedroom, and 1 queen pull-out sofa bed in the living/ There are all of the quilts and linens available for the sofa bed.

This is the extremely rare case in which the HOA allows short term rentals; you will actually be registered with them so they are aware of your presence. They also give you free parking passes for your stay. There is a security guard at the front, you simply tell him who you are and your unit number. I really enjoyed my time in Tampa at this location and the apartment itself was really clean, nicely decorated and current but the building itself really needs updating.

Beautiful condo over looking the ocean

This was one of the best rental properties I have visited. Completely renovated one bedroom with a beautiful kitchen and patio overlooking the ocean. The owner was very nice and answered any questions that I had. Very clean and will definitely stay there again. The amenities include a pool, bar & restaurant as well. Perfect location.

Great stay on the Bay!

Check in easy. Owner quick to respond. Condo is exceptionally clean. Furniture high class and comfortable. Amazing views. Beautiful grounds. Grounds are clean and kept up by groundskeeper. Nightly bonfire and tiki torches. Plenty of room to sit, not crowded. Food at the bar and grill was good. Pool Is at the bar but very welcoming to families. Nice big deck to view the outstanding sunsets. Only thing I would change is put captain chairs on balcony to see over railing. We had a great time! Would stay again for sure.
