Wonderful stay

This was our first trip to Tampa. We were looking for a place to relax near our niece and we found it! This property is very clean and well kept. The host is attentive and organized. We also enjoyed the pool and the poolside restaurant had excellent food at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a place on Tampa bay. We hope to return again!

Great Spot near airport with a View

This is an excellent location if you are needing to be in the middle of everything Tampa area has to offer. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was perfect for two adults. Great amenities and felt very safe. Property owner was very informative and responsive to questions. We will keep this in mind for another trip!

I stayed for a quick trip to visit friends and wanted to stay on the water. I am so glad I took a chance and booked this condo. Immediately after booking, Chris sent me a video giving the layout and easy-to-follow rules. The description and cleanliness were spot on. The views, the pool, and the bar were awesome! The condo is very nice and looks exactly like the pictures if not better. It's updated, it's a great size and when you see the view OMG simply amazing. The restaurant on the property was also very nice and the prices were great. I loved the view from my balcony so much I chose to eat all my meals there whenever I ordered from the restaurant. Chris was super responsive from the moment I booked the condo. He was also nice enough to allow me to check in a little earlier due to my flight being changed if it was possible on his end and it worked out great. Whenever I come back to Tampa which will be soon, I will definitely be booking this condo for sure.

What a great place with a fantastic view! Chris was terrific to work with and was very prompt and organized. The Bamboo restaurant and bar on property was delicious! Shelly was a delight and joy to converse with while eating. Drinks were wonderful and the sunset was so special! The entire group worked endless hours to get things working from the storms. What a great gem and I look forward to staying there again. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony over the bay was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. I really can’t wait to return!
