Waterfront Condo -Tampa / FL

Recent hurricanes did damage to the grounds, however, Sailport is making alot of strides in getting the property back to its original condition. My condo had no damage to it. The fishing dock and deck area near the pool were damaged in the last hurricane but may or may not be rebuilt before your visit. The board is getting bids and permits to rebuild them. It does not take away from the pool area.
This is a Waterfront location right on Tampa Bay (well situated for Tampa/Westshore Business or a nice Vacation). The Property has waterfront views on all sides and the Condo has Waterfront views from the Living room, Kitchen, and from your private Balcony.

Local Hotel rates are usually higher than our Condo rental.

Our one bedroom WATERFRONT Condo is on Tampa Bay and is close to Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg, FL. This furnished condo includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, ice maker, stainless microwave, stainless stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron, and everything else you need for a short or long stay. The living room has waterfront views and a pull out queen size sofa bed. There is a separate Queen size bedroom and a separate children bunk bed area. The Condo also has a waterfront balcony sitting area. The bathroom was redone with a walk-in shower and new toilet in June 2025

On site amenities include a large Heated waterfront pool, a large pool deck(the attached deck is waiting for approval from local authorities to be rebuilt) sitting area, a small tanning beach, an outside fitness area, a sand volleyball court, a BBQ area, tiki huts, a night-time fire pit and FISHING off our private dock.(dock to be rebuilt in future) We have the Best Sunsets on Tampa Bay and there are hundreds of nearby activities available.

There is a nice on-site Pool-side Bar and Grill and there is a small store for snacks, beer, and wine inside the 2nd floor main office. There are also several waterfront restaurants, a larger beach area, picnic areas, and a long waterfront walking/biking trail about 1 mile from the Condo.

The Condo is about 4 miles from the Tampa Westshore Mall, the International Mall, the Tampa International Airport, the Westshore Business District, and the Rocky Point Golf Course. The Condo is just one beautiful ride over the Courtney Campbell Causeway to Clearwater. It is also about 10 miles from Mac Dill Air Force Base, 5 miles from the Raymond James Stadium, 10 miles to Downtown Tampa, and about 15 miles from a Large Hard Rock CASINO.

Four non-smoking adults may share the Condo at No extra charge. This Condo is best suited for one Adult couple or one Adult couple and 2 children. Association allows for 4 people to a condo and all names need to be registered in order to enter the property. (association rules, not mine)

Our Condo includes Free Satellite TV, Free U.S. phone service, Free Wi-Fi, and Free Parking. This is really a Great location and a beautiful spot from which to sight-see or relax.

Bush Gardens is in Tampa is a Roll Coaster and Adventure Rides park that also has a 65 acre animal park, shops, and entertainment shows.

Adventure Island is also in Tampa and it is a Large Water Park that has multiple High and lower water slides and other water rides.

Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando, FL Theme Parks are about 1 1/2- 2 hours by car.

The published rental rate is the current average daily rental rate. There is Required State tax, a small Condo fee, and the New VRBO Service Fee are included in the Quote that will be sent to you for the dates you want to stay. You will be sent a code for the door, each guest will have their own code. We will also send you additional information about the area before your arrival.
