Welcome to BonaVista Beach House:) great for couples and families

Enjoy a quiet stay in our beach guest home specifically designed for our AirBnB guests. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom/ 2 car garage home located across the street from wilderness preserve with quiet beaches, trails, picnic areas, zip lining, kayaking, tennis & basketball courts, playgrounds and more. The location is a gem, centrally located to Tampa, Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg all within approximately 35 minutes drive. Orlando trip is under two hours. There is so much to do and see nearby.
The neighborhood is particularly friendly for family trips with kids. 5 min walk to small beach, picnic areas, trails and nature. 5 min drive to multiple parks and playgrounds. 5-10 min drive to dining, grocery and charming Oldsmar Fleamarket. 15 min drive to Tampa Bay Downs Horse Track. 25 min drive to Tampa Airport, International Mall, Tampa Stadium and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. 30 min drive to all: Clearwater Beach, Tampa Laury Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Downtown Tampa, Tampa Bay Lightning, Charming Hydepark and Bayshore areas. 35 min to St. Petersburg and beautiful Sunken Gardens. 40 min to Dali Museum. 1.5 hrs to Orlando.

Perfect for Families

We enjoyed our stay in Oldsmar! Silvia promptly answered any questions and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the open living room/kitchen area, the fenced-in backyard, quiet neighborhood, and Oldsmar Beach, which was a short walk from the house.

Beautiful Home

We had a great experience with our rental. The home was beautiful, nicely decorated and in a nice neighborhood. The owner provided almost everything you could need (if you forgot anything). I spoke with the owner several times before we arrived, while we were there and after we left. She was always very responsive and accommodating.

CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN

This home was definitely home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, with exception of the neighbors dog barking in the morning. The colors, the cleanliness of the home, amenities, the bedrooms were amazing. I left an item behind and Sylvia was courteous enough to package it up and mail it to me. Our stay in Oldsmar was within 30min of Clearwater and Ben Davis Beaches. We enjoyed our 10days and if we return we will stay at Sylvia's place.

Tampa Getaway

It was exactly as you see in the pictures. Silvia was wonderful from the beginning. Very helpful and always making sure we were comfortable. The home is simply beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We can not wait to revisit....

Tampa 2021

We are so happy with our stay in Oldsmar/ Tampa. The house was adorable and centrally located to everything you need. The Private beach located 1 block away walking distance was fantastic! We walked over every night to watch the sunset. We are very pleased with our visit and highly recommend this property! Thanks Sylvia and Matt!

Beautiful home w/lovely host!

The home is exactly like the photos. Very beautiful property. We had the pleasure of meeting Sylvia and she made us feel welcomed. Location is not far from downtown and right near the bay, which was beautiful being by the water. Definitely would stay again!!!

Florida 2020 Trip

We were back in Florida visiting family and friends. Have used VRBO in the past and have always had a wonderful experience. This stay was no exception!! We would highly recommend this property. It is exactly as you see it online. My only critique would be that there wasn’t good water pressure in the master shower. We just used the second bath instead and the pressure was much better in there.

Beautiful home, wonderful hosts

Silvia was such a lovely host. Excellent communication and incredibly helpful and friendly. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Very safe location and within driving distance to beaches and shops. The home is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. I would highly recommend Silvia and Matt's home!
