"1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。 2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。 子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。 3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパでの移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました） その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。 その他は大変満足できました。"

"温泉とバーは最高でした。和食の料理頂きましたが満足もでき美味しかったです。 プールは印象より小さかったのですがプールの温度調整もしてて居心地がよかったです。 一階のオーシャンビューに宿泊しましたが、窓からの景色生えてる木とかであんまり海が見えなかったのが残念でした。 夜になるとレンストラン・バーからの夜の景色が全くなくて外の照明ちょっとあってもいいかなって思いました。 全体的にサービスと雰囲気が最高で満足出来ました。"

"Lovely, spacious room with such a gorgeous beach view! Plenty of cushy comforters on the futon made for an extremely comfortable bed. The meals are nothing short of spectacular!! Delicious and beautifully arranged. So good!"

"Conflicted. The location is great. Room was dirty in ways you don’t want a room to be dirty. There were parts missing in shower so I had to hold the wand to shower. Tub always nice. Paid a lot of this room so didn’t feel the delivery of service matched that. The food was pretty bad and the service was not great overall. Didn’t feel sanitary in how food and dishes around food handled. Loved the area and the hotel staff did try but this place as others have said needs to do some work to...

"Property was decent, but is in need of some renovation (which it appears they are doing right now). The staff is friendly and accommodating (very few speak English, but they try their best). The hotel is short taxi ride from many areas, including Tanabe. They have a vendor selling fresh oranges in the lobby, which was a nice surprise."
