"一番気になったのは、ウェブサイトや、居室内にある宿泊者向けの案内に書いてあるサービスが受けられなかったことです。 施設側のオーナーいう人にもこの点について説明を求めましたが、私たちが若いからなのか、一方的に記載からは到底想像もできない即席でつくったような理由で断られました。 例えば、ウェブサイトには、施設がある「印南町内への無料送迎はご利用代金にかかわらず随時承っております。その他エリアは、ご利用代金10,000円以上にて片道20kmまで無料送迎。お気軽にご利用いただけます。」とありますが、 オーナーだという男性によると、それは宿泊者ではなく、お酒などを飲んだレストラン利用者へのサービスだとのことでした。 いろいろと事情があるのかもしれませんが、終始軽んじられている印象を受けました。 車なしで訪れ、記載されたサービスを当たり前に利用できると疑っていなかった私たちとはミスマッチの宿泊先でした。"

"施設の古さを感じましたが、 ①部屋は綺麗に清掃されていた。 　ただ部屋の壁が薄く隣の部屋の会話が聞こえた。 ②スッタフの対応も良かった。 　良かった点は、食事中ホールを巡回中のスタッフの方がお声かけいただき家族写真を撮っていただきました。 ③温泉は、肌はツルツル、温泉内は硫黄の香りがしマイナスイオンを沢山取りれ、日頃の疲れを癒す事ができました。 相互的に良かったです。"

"It was a beautiful spot and easy to get to places. A lot of space! But the sauna room smelled like mold and there was a lot of black spots on the wood. The room we split in smelled musty. Quite location and parking spot you don’t have to pay for!"
