"The hotel was very good The staff was super, especially Jasmine at the front desk I would not set up the meal plan at Hummingbird Personally did not care for the food, service or ambience The room was a tad small, but the view was beautiful"

"First and foremost, my room and bathroom were clean. On day five of my stay the thermostat became faulty. After alerting the front desk, I had a brand new thermostat installed and the AC was blowing in less than 10 minutes .... impressive! The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and food each morning. The area was always clean. Any staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The property is very close to good restaurants and shops. I'd highly recommend this property."

"Very nice hotel. Have stayed there many times. There’s a parking garage that connects to the hotel. It’s a bit pricey but you park it yourself - no valet. But no continental breakfast either."

"Overall, the hotel was very clean and had great views. The area had great vibes and restaurants. The highlight of the hotel, like any other hotel, was the housekeeping staff, who were very friendly and helpful. So were the restaurant staff. The front desk staff were not very friendly but did address our questions and concerns. The cons were the hidden fees. On the first day, they told us we had a $25 resort credit to use at the restaurant. However, at checkout, you are hit with a 2-fold hidden fee. Unlike another review that says they charged for water, the water was “free” but probably built into those hidden fees. Room service is basically non-existent. I tried calling the front desk or the restaurant, but I couldn't figure out how the phone worked. So, I tried calling the front desk with my own phone, and no one would pick up. You would need to go to the restaurant during their operating hours to order takeout."

"Room was very clean. Location was close to everything I needed to get to. Breakfast buffet was $18. Compare the selection with what's available in town to see if that's what you'd prefer, but I thought it was a fair price. At least wifi was free!"
