"Clean, comfortable stay with a very convenient location. The room was well-kept, and the AC worked great—kept everything cool without any issues. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth. Breakfast was fresh and had solid options to get you going in the morning. Big plus: there’s a grocery store nearby, an In-N-Out Burger, and an outlet mall, so you’ve got plenty within a few minutes. It’s also close enough to Nashville to enjoy the city without paying downtown prices. Heads up for future travelers: if you’re heading back during rush hour, traffic can get pretty rough, so plan around that if you can. Overall, a reliable and convenient place to stay."

"I was at the hotel with a group in mid-April. The hotel appeared to be in the late stages of a renovation, so there was dust in a lot of common areas. But enough of the renovation was done so that the hotel felt refreshed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent for hotels at this price point. (Above average, but I've had better.) The staff at check-in was friendly. The only concern was noise level. The hotel is right next to the interstate, and there was nothing to shield the noise. There are elevated train tracks on the other side of the building. So, if you are a light sleeper, there will be some disruption during the night. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area."

"no ice , cards to rooms barely worked , had to go to 4 different place to find atm because they didn’t have one & required $100 deposit. breakfast wasn’t good. wifi on tv didn’t work so couldn’t watch tv. "
