"The staff was amazing. I want to start there but the fact this hotel is open during a major renovation is trash. There was sinks and toilets around the building, and in our first room we had a friggin sink in the middle of the bed. We were told no discounters, to either deal with it or leave. But the staff was fn amazing and the only reason I don’t sue."

"The check-in process was very easy which I appreciated after a 4 hour flight with 4 kids. The house was tidy and the host kept in contact when he needed to. Location was great because it was out of the hustle and bustle, but only a 30 minute drive to get to things to do like downtown Nashville, The Zoo, and historic Franklin. There were plenty of beds which was great! My kids had room to spread out and relax unlike how they would in a hotel or smaller house. The check-out instructions were simple and clear. "
