"Clean hotel and room, staff professional. Breakfast is not superior but its just your basic breakfast. "

"Ended up asking for a refund. No employee to check in. Called three times, waited for 10 minutes, went outside nobody around. Office security door unlocked and NOT secured. Furniture in lobby was filthy. Employee finally came in asked if she could help. I told her I needed to check in. She said oh I didn’t see a car pull up….I pointed to my large truck, asked where she was. Her response was outside, asked why, her response was because its nice outside…sitting in a car outside is NOT enjoying the weather…you are getting paid to be at the desk. Its part of a security breach for the guest inside as well….even Expedia tried to call…would definitely NOT recommend this hotel"

"Staff was attentive and friendly. Felt safe including walking to and from parking area at night. Restaurant had great food."

"The coffee station was well stocked but not kept warm throughout the day. The renovations were not intrusive but closed the gym. The television in the room randomly shut off a few times. Not sure why. Otherwise everything was as expected. The breakfast bar was always stocked with good and fresh food. All of the staff was nothing but friendly and courteous. "

"The breakfast menu was fine, the sausage seemed to be frozen patties and expected a better quantity. Never received a milk that was ordered. Otherwise, it was fine."
