"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

Literally anything I went and bought a bunch of fruits from the market and they took it and chilled it and gave it to me cut and ready without me even asking if they can, they went out of their way to do that. The head chef of this five star hotel will teach you how to make the best food. We took two classes and had the best food I ever had in my life. Additionally, Wid is awesome and so are the rest of the staff. Will be back next year again 100%"

"This hotel was amazing. Set in the jungle area, the scenery was stunning. View from room was gorgeous with sunrise over the valley. Room beautiful with large balcony to relax on. Many steps but so worth it and there is a funicular to assist down to the pool.amd spa. Food amazing, cocktails delicious. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend this property."
