The staff were lovely! Very kind and attentive. No really anything bad to say at all except… if you can’t do hard beds… this is not for you. The beds were stiff. The shower went scalding hot every 10 seconds but other than that it was completely amazing. The elephants were very well cared for which was the MOST important part for me.

I stayed at the Mason Park Lodge and it was exquisite from being picked up from my balcony by an elephant for my first dinner to seeing a white peacock with its tail out and 3 giant tortoises on my last day. Everything was very convenient with a beautiful scene at every turn from lush foliage to beautiful wildlife. I was surprised that the menu at the restaurant seemed ordinary in comparison to the surroundings, however the food was well cooked and presented with as with everything else wonderful smiling service. Of course there were elephants at every turn, truely a memorable stay and experience.

We absolutely loved staying at the Mason Elephant Sanctuary! Everything from the staff to the room to the activities were fantastic! The food was delicious in both the restaurant and the tree top cafe. We loved seeing the Elephants up close and having the opportunity to ride and feed them. The small museum was incredibly informative as well. We would recommend a trip here for sure!

We had a beautiful spacious room with an oversized bathroom. Fresh fruit plate delivered to our room each morning. Cookies or other goodies delivered each evening. Elephant encounters were amazing.

If you are coming for elephants, you are going to be very happy! There are currently 24 elephants and the opportunities for interaction are excellent. If you are coming for the opportunity to experience the ultimate in luxury, you could be a little disappointed. But you will not be disappointed in the staff! So set your expectations for elephants, and enjoy your stay! The gardening is beautiful, but the air conditioning and dining could be a little bit stronger.

A fantastic and chill way to spend time with the majestic Sumatran elephants in a very impressive environment. The facilities are great and they are constantly improving. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff quickly and effectively made up our room and performed the turndown service seamlessly. The place is a ton of fun and very well cared for. A Must See Park in Bali

What a great experience! We totally recommend you stay at the lodge rather than just visiting the park for the day. Two nights is perfect and staying at the lodge offers benefits like a free elephant taxi ride to dinner that you would not get with a day visit. On our next trip to Bali, we will definitely make a point of staying at the lodge & park again.

The elephants were amazing, the grounds immaculate and beautifully landscaped. All of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. My only concern was the mustiness in our room. The air conditioning cooled sufficiently, but there was still too much moisture, making it difficult to sleep well. I would rather have had a room with operable windows and a mosquito net for the bed.
