8.2/10 Very good! (1,012 reviews)
The staff were helpful and breakfast was great. The coffee was great and the selection fantastic. The room could have used a better cleaning but it wasn’t terrible. It was just not as good as I expected. The carpet in the room was stained and I think a better cleaning job should have been done. Still I would consider staying here again

The room is spacious enough to spread yourself out and get comfortable. It was nice to have coffee and tea available in the room. The staff were friendly, professional, kind and courteous.

"An impressive, well appointed hotel convenient for Hamburg rail station, but... Despite offering a 'same day laundry service', items deposited on the evening of the 21st September were not collectable on the 22nd, nor before 9am on the 23rd, by which time I had left to catch a train. Thus my rather ..."
