was amazed at just how nice this park was. The only small negative was a couple of long hairs in the shower. To be fair though, every place we have stayed on our recent travels had this same issue. Would not say it ruined any part of our travel though. Would rebook this park again.

Friendly staff who kept the facilities spotless. Plenty of areas to have a meal outsode and use the bbqs. An easy walk to the foreshore and all the fqcilities provided there also.

Great location, easy access to everything comfortable stay with our 7month old in the cabin. Fantastic friendly part of the world to escape too. Only thing is having a crawling baby you tend to see things from their height and the amount of dust under the bed is kind of unsettling but nothing a good vacuum and mop can’t fix. Would stay again, and will be recommending to friends and family into the future

A gem of a place
We loved Discovery Parks, Tannum Sands and after just 2 nights we didnt want to leave. The staff were super efficient and friendly, the park was very well maintained. Its just a 600m walk along to the SLSC where they serve lunch and evening meals. The walk along millenium Esplanade up to the mouth of the Boyne River is very pleasant. Supermarkets/shopping a little over a kilometre away. We would definitely stay at this gem of a place again, if we were ever to pass that way again

I received a very nice welcome on arrival. I got the key to my cabin and park information at 1pm. I’d booked a Budget Cabin with external En-suite (shower, toilet and vanity basin) which was a locked room at the end of the carport and attached to my cabin. The cabin was spotlessly clean, very well stocked, large and comfortable. Plenty of cooking facilities, large fridge/freezer. Air conditioning was on when I walked in so the cabin was nice and cool. Only thing I noticed was there were no coat hangers in the wardrobe, but luckily I’d bought a couple from home. The park was quiet, well maintained, and great location. I’d happily recommend this place for a holiday in Tannum Sands.

The location is great. Secluded from the main area, couple minutes stroll to the water and a great swimming area for the kids. The cabin was quite run down. Ceiling joinery was too short, creating holes, bathroom door didnt shut due to swelling at the bottom, needed a full repaint and lots of wear/rot to door frames.

We stayed in a budget cabin for 7 nights. The location is great and the park has all the required amenities. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful staff .
