A 105-square-meter apartment for 4 people with a private entrance, located in the heart of Taormina’s historic centre. Situated on a quiet street parallel to the main thoroughfare, accessible via a flight of stairs, it offers the convenience of being just a short walk from all the main attractions. Ideal for those who want to experience the authentic charm of the city, in a strategic yet secluded location.



The interior layout is as follows:



-> GROUND FLOOR

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, dining table, and split A/C;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- UTILITY ROOM with washing machine, sink, and toilet.



-> FIRST FLOOR

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed and chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning provided by split A/C units (one in the living room and one in bedroom I), portable fan, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation is spread over two levels connected by a spiral staircase—please exercise caution if travelling with children.

Please note that there are steps at the entrance leading to the living room.

Heating is provided by split-system air conditioners—one in the living room and one in Bedroom I.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.



Seven days before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Taormina Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For all check-ins between 8:30 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM: EUR 25

From 10:30 PM to midnight: EUR 35

Check-ins cannot be arranged after 12:00 a.m., even for an additional fee.

The apartment is located on Via Don Giovanni Bosco, in the heart of Taormina, a central and quiet area just a short walk from the famous Corso Umberto, the city’s high street. This location offers easy access to the main tourist attractions, traditional restaurants, shops, and the historic sites that make Taormina a unique destination.



Taormina is one of Sicily’s most charming tourist destinations, renowned for its panoramic view of the sea and its rich history. Among the main attractions is the Greek Theatre, an ancient amphitheatre offering breathtaking views of Mount Etna and the coast. The city is a perfect blend of culture, nature, and relaxation, with its enchanting beaches such as Isola Bella and Mazzarò. Strolling through the historic centre, visitors can discover medieval churches, noble palaces, and lush gardens, all accompanied by the vibrant and warm atmosphere of Sicilian life.



- From Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, you can reach Taormina by:

- Interbus buses to Taormina.

- AMT Alibus to the Catania station, where you can take the regional train to the Taormina train station.

- A taxi from the airport (about a 50-minute ride).



- From Taormina Station, you can reach the city centre by Interbus.



- If you’re travelling by car, parking is not included. The closest car park to our apartment is I Lumbi, which offers weekly and monthly rates at reasonable prices. The Lumbi car park provides a free shuttle bus service that takes visitors to the centre of Taormina. The service operates:

- Sunday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. (first trip from the car park) to 12:50 a.m. (last trip from Piazza San Pancrazio)

- on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. (first trip from the car park) to 1:50 a.m. (last trip from Piazza San Pancrazio).
