New apartment located on the ground floor of an ancient 18th century structure, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and two bathrooms. Complete with every comfort with fine finishes, in addition to the double bed in the bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom, it has a sofa bed in the living room with another private bathroom. Full kitchenette with induction hob.
