"I was delightfully surprised. I was needing to stay near a home I was purchasing so I was looking for a place to sleep as I was busy during the day. The motel was perfect, sorta old school in a good way. GREAT price and great for an overnight stop. Staff was great too."

Adobe-walled buildings and mountain vistas create a magical backdrop for this high-desert artist colony. Ski the southern Rockies in winter, then explore Taos Pueblo's ancient multistorey dwellings where Native American families have lived for centuries.
Taos is a small, mountain community with various amenities which would please most adult tourists, with amazing local areas to explore (the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, Taos Ski Valley). Close to "necessary" amenities (grocery shopping, etc). Wonderful!

Unfortunately Taos is undergoing the last of six years of infrastructure upgrades and a majority of the roads were under construction making it very challenging to enjoy the Taos we remember

Taos seems to really thrive during the winter season and reasonably so was getting ready for their busy season during our stay. The main road to the property was under repair. Nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the winter!

Beautiful location! On a plain adjacent to mountains, mountains, and more mountains. Cool older downtown/square. Great vibe.

We always liked the Fiestas in the Plaza. I do understand why they were moved to Kit Carson Park, but it will take some getting used to. It was very getting around with all of the road construction going on everywhere. I am sure we will come again.
"We loved the historic nature and layout of the hotel! Super happy with our stay. Not that it mattered, but I thought the decor in the rooms could match the style of southwest a little better. "

"We loved Willa, they took good care of us when we were unexpectedly turned away from another hotel. The restaurant was very nice and tasty as well! See ya on the next road trip! "
"Everything about this was wonderful. The service was personal and exceptional. Lucas, the manager was first rate. The property is nestled among cottonwoods just SE of downtown. It was quiet and close. Our room was spacious and lovely with a courtyard garden area, dining area, fireplace, coffee, fridge and AC. The bathroom was huge, beautiful and spa like. The jetted tub and walk in shower all done in marble. Exceptional!!! The kids enjoyed the pool located at a larger sister property and we all loved a gourmet breakfast there. Our mistake was not having cash to leave for gratuities. The service was always impeccable! "
"Arrived on their busiest day of the year without meaning to, during an annual festival in Taos, yet they remained cool, calm, and friendly. I had a small problem that they worked on in the midst of the fray - until they were able to resolve the issue for me. I am so grateful."
