Are you looking for a modern holiday home for your family that offers you comfort, peace and relaxation and yet a location that allows you to actively experience the region? Then Villa Anamarija near Porec is the right choice!

The 32m2 pool - the centrepiece of the villa - will offer you refreshment on hot summer days and the comfortable loungers invite you to enjoy the Istrian sun with a cool drink in your hand. On the covered terrace you have a cosy seating area where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning and for lunch there is a barbecue area with a dining table. Put your barbecue skills to the test and gather family and friends to sample local specialities in the open air.

The fully air-conditioned interior of Villa Anamarija is bright and open-plan. The stylish living area consists of a living and dining area as well as a well-equipped modern kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs, 2 chic bedrooms promise peaceful nights and comfort - each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. A balcony is the perfect place to retreat to or to gaze at the starry sky in the evening.

If you do decide to leave the villa to explore, the nearest coastal towns, beaches and attractions are not too far away.



All amenities such as restaurants, cafés and grocery shops are also within easy walking distance. The nearest beach is only about 4 kilometres away. Other beaches and beautiful bays as well as the charming coastal towns of Porec or Novigrad are best reached by car. The towns offer sightseeing, cultural events, fantastic restaurants with local specialities and a huge selection of activities, such as water sports, boat trips, sports facilities...
