"It was a good weekend but the grill we were planning to use for one dinner was rusted and had baked on food, and the propane was empty and the valve wasn’t functional. There was also a problem with the master bathroom’s shower it didn’t have any water going to it. We used the pool table, and games, kitchen with most of our own stuff, the hot tub, smoking area, massage chair, and fold out couch. We enjoyed the house and it was close to the event we were going to on Saturday. 4 out of 5 could have been better."

"Our stay was amazing. Place was very nice clean and well kept. Pictures do not do it justice. Latrice the host is extremely nice easy to work with and very communitive. Within walking distance of a "outdoor mall" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also within 10 to 20 minutes of very popular Dayton attractions.100% with out a doubt would recommend and definitely would stay again."

"Wonderful experience! Keri was super helpful and accommodating to our requests; very kind and quick to respond to our texts. The property was in a great shape, very convenient for our larger group to hang out in the mornings and evenings. The location was closer to a lot of different stores and restaurants than I expected. It worked perfect for our group and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is unsure. "
